FRIENDSHIP AND LOVE

PHASE 16: ARRIVAL...

Arriving at the airport, they were all very happy and very excited, Rachel's cousin, Mabel, who runs the K. resort, greeted them,

"Mabel! How are you?" Rachel asked, both hugs together as greeting, Mabel looked at Cris meanly, she despises him so much that Mabel doesn't see faithfulness to Cris,

"Cuz, p-please be in good terms with Cris..." Rachel whispered,

"What did you see in him anyways?"

"I'll tell you later...anyways, these are my best friends"

Mabel approached and introduced herself to them,

While at the resort, Mabel, Gladys and Richard were planning on the finishing touches of their wedding,

The others went on swimming, Marcy and Jared were fixing all of their friend's things at their room,

"Is this a punishment? How did we even got to this point?" Marcy said,

"I don't exactly remember...it somehow disappeared..." Jared replied,

After fixing their things, they went out to join the others, exactly, with the three finishing their talk, Gladys and Richard tagged along with Jared and Marcy,

On their way, the wide beach was roaring with its lofty gentle waves, it is seen that all of the people are really enjoying the time of their lives, approaching the others, Camille approached them,

"I'll be with the others, looking for a place to have lunch" she said,

"Where're they anyways?" Gladys asked,

"In their rooms"

Camille went on running back to the resort, the four joined the others with their fun time, Peony couldn't swim, she and Morgan were running around, chasing each other, the others looked at them and somehow getting a lovey-dovey aura from the two, they feel relaxed,

Marcy suddenly threw a ball at Jared's back, he turned around,

"Hey..." Jared said,

"Let's play beach volleyball!" the others shouted, he laughed and joined the others, he went closer to Marcy,

"You'd be more cute if you wore a swimsuit" Jared whispered, Marcy blushed,

"W-What?! I-I was planning to, but..." Marcy said,

"Marcy! WATCH OUT!" Peony shouted, she looked above her, the ball is about to come her way, luckily, she hit it back to the other side,

"That was so close" Marcy said,

Hours of playing beach volleyball, even some people on the resort cared to watch their little match, with scores tied, everything will be put to the end, it was Marcy's side to serve the ball, she passed onto Gladys, she took a deep breath and then served it,

It all came to an end, Marcy's side lost, with the said bet, they will be treating beer later at the evening, even though Marcy's side lost, all of them just laughed and went back to the resort, Gladys grabbed her bag and brought out her phone and received a message from Fiona,

"Hey guys, meet us at H, right now!"

"Where's that? Hey guys do you know where H is?" Gladys whispered, she asked the others, they were also clueless,

"Let's just search for the place then" Marcy said,

After a while, it was getting dark, they couldn't really find where H is, surprisingly, Fiona caught onto them,

"Where've you guys been? Come on!" she said,

Arriving at H's, they immediately had a late lunch and early dinner,

After a while, Jared and Marcy took sometime alone, walking to the seaside,

"You said earlier that if I wore a swimsuit I'd be more cuter" Marcy said, Jared looked at her and laughed,

"Even if you're not wearing one, you're still the cutest girl I've been with" Jared whispered, after a while they sat down on the sand, sitting beside each other, enjoying each other's company, Jared looked around and saw Samantha with her friends and her boyfriend, he stared for a little while, Marcy peeped a little, she smirked and stood up,

"Hey, where are you going?" Jared asked,

"Lady's room" Marcy replied, she went off running, Jared looked to where Samantha was, until she noticed him, she waved to him and approached him,

"Fancy seeing you here Jared, are you with someone?" Samantha asked,

"Yes I'm with my friends, there'll be a wedding, how about you? why are you here?"

"Oh...just a short vacation around the world"

"That's nice" Jared said, Samantha's friends were coming over,

"Ah, you know my friends right?" she asked, Jared nodded, he looked at her boyfriend, for Jared, looks can be deceiving, he dragged Samantha further away from them,

"Are you sure you're with the right guy?" Jared whispered, Samantha nodded,

"You should...give up on him, he's not fitting for you" Jared said,

"So he should be more like you?" Samantha said, Jared looked at her,

"Maybe just a part of me?"

"I regret everything in the past..." Samantha said, she ran off with her friends,

"Wait...what did you just..."

"It must've been hard in the past, even though I'm your childhood friend, there're still things that I don't know about you" Marcy said, Jared looked at her,

"Marcy...please don't misunderstand"

"I'm not...it's getting late so...I'll go back to the others..." Marcy said, she quickly left Jared, he sat down and looked up,

"Geez, I don't know where to go..." he said...
