FRIENDSHIP AND LOVE

PHASE 12: A FRIEND TO THE RESCUE...

Marcy went to her parents house to check on her mother, she was also worried for her, she quickly went straight to her room, she hugged her mother and then sat down,

"Mom, how are you doing?" she asked,

"I'm alright...oh! I want to show you a new restaurant in Venice! the next time you'll visit"

"Please stop eating to what you're allergic to...if I heard that you're sick the next time, I definitely won't go with you in your trips!" Marcy said,

"Yes ma'am, this will be the last time, you know I can't stand being alone here in the mansion, with just my trusty maids and butlers..."

"That's right..."

"Marcelline, Tom's been visiting here lately"

"Oh yeah...he lives in this neighborhood...did he say something?"

"There is but...I can't seem to remember...you could always wait for him, he comes here in the middle of the afternoon"

"Alright then...I have nothing else to do right now, no work...so I gues I'll just stay here for a while"

Marcy was waiting all afternoon for Tom to come, she napped in her room at the mansion until she heard a loud bang in the front door, she quickly checked it out,

"Sir, did someone..." Marcy asked,

"Miss, sorry, the wind just helped with the force, Mr. Tom's here to see your mother"

"Thank you" she said, she went to her parent's room and peeped, she saw Tom,

"Marcelline, come inside dear"

Tom approached Marcy,

"Nice seeing you again Tom" Marcy said,

"Marcy, would you please join me for a short walk in the city?"

"Maybe some other time...mom, I'll be going now, something came up so suddenly"

Marcy ran to the door and quickly to the gate, she was catching her breath and then she called for a cab,

Back in the house, Marcy saw that everyone had already gone home, she saw Jared and Laura,

"Ohh!!! I couldn't stand that girl!" she said, she gave her fare to the cab and tried to sneak inside,

Marcy went out back to see how the hidden ladder was still doing, she climb up and then reaching her room, she stretched and switched on her TV and arranged her consoles, she forgot that one of her games were missing, she just remembered that it was the one she played, she didn't mind it until some of her consoles were missing as well, it was also left in the living room, she sighed and just continued to play the other games,

Much later, Marcy got bored, fixed her consoles and continued with her designs, with this, her headache went back, she needed to have more rest, until she heard Camille's loud voice,

"See you again soon Laura!" she said, Marcy peeped outside her window, she saw that Jared fetched a cab for her to return home,

"With this, I don't need to sleep!" she said, but she had no choice but to really sleep the pain,

A warm evening came, Marcy woke up to get a glass of water, as she was going down, she was feeling a little bit hot, she went to the kitchen and opened the fridge, she grabbed the pitcher and poured it onto a glass,

Marcy went out to the back porch and sat down on the hammock, she sneezed,

"I might have caught mom's illness..." she said, she sighed and slept on the hammock,
