The weekend had gone too fast for Luna's liking. It only felt like yesterday that her first ever babysitting job had turned into a vampire stabbing party. Unfortunately for her, Monday had come too fast and she now had to endure school.

The girl was currently at her locker and was reluctantly placing her textbooks into her backpack before her first period. She was in no mood to deal with class and homework. She so desperately wished that she had a few more days to relax and to also forgot those events.

But that just wasn't in the cards for her right now.

"Hey, Luna." The blonde turned around and was met with the two nerds that she had just recently met. She couldn't believe that they still wanted anything to do with her, let alone actually approach her in school. But she wasn't going to be rude and ignore them.

"Hi." Luna greeted in confusion.

"Have you talked to Sarah or Erica recently?" Ethan pondered.

"No." She shook her head. "I called both of them and it just went to voicemail. Even left an abundance of text messages and nothing."

"Damn, that sucks." Ethan pointed out.

"What about you guys? Have you talked to your blonde friend?" Luna questioned.

"Rory, no. Benny and I think he might be dead." Ethan answered.

"I don't think he's dead." Benny denied. "He's just very unresponsive with a small chance of living."

"Wazzzzzzuup!" The group heard a familiar voice, causing them to immediately turn around. They were shocked to see their blonde friend, Rory, who was very much still alive. But just rocking a new and more cooler look.

"Rory, you're........we thought you were dead." Ethan admitted in disbelief. The other teens nodded in agreement as they were shocked to see him.

"All I know is I woke up the morning after the party, feeling awesome. No asthma, I don't need my glasses and barely have to sleep anymore." Rory happily boasted. "The only problem is the sun. It's kind of annoying." He then adjusted his black shades.

"You're a fledgling too?" Benny questioned.

"Heck no! I'm rocking the full on vampire action, dude. The big V!" Rory exclaimed happily.
