{9:53 AM}Casey grudgingly makes her way to her seat, making it painfully obvious she did not want to sit with him. Avoiding and ignoring him as much as possible could be the only way out of this.
The boy pulls out the chair for her, smirking as he does so. With a sigh so forceful it moved the braid that rested on her shoulder, Casey used her hands to press her skirt to the back of her legs before sitting down. She winces when she hears his chair scrape against the floor as the joyous teenager shoots up out his chair to gently push her into the desk. She hears him flop back into his chair.
Err err err err
His chair scrapes across the floor as he not so gracefully pushes himself back into the desk, Casey kept her head down- she felt everyone's eyes on the both of them. Much to her horror, she feels his lengthy arm wrap around her shoulders, bringing him into his tall figure. "So we're chaps eh? I'm Hobie, what's your name?", with his other hand he holds out the apple he had previously thrown into the air for her to take.
Casey looks up at him and hisses "don't talk to me, don't even look at me" and shrugs his arm off her shoulder before scooting away. Hobie... she tosses his name around her mind. It was actually kind of cute. Casey looks at the board, eyebrows furrowed in confusion. Hobie was staring at her the whole time, soaking in her presence. Something told him this was pretty much the only time he'd actually get to spend with her, and she didn't even want to look at him. What was so bad about him that she refused to sit with him? The hurtful thoughts kept coming as he watched her lean away from him, her eyebrows furrowed. Hobie followed her gaze and saw she was looking at the whiteboard. "We're in trigonometry love-"
"Shh! I said don't talk to me" Casey snapped at him without even a glance in his direction. Feeling a little hurt but refusing to give up, Hobie grabs the notebook from the kid in front of him and rips out a tiny piece, earning him a nasty glare. Hobie raises an eyebrow at the kid. "Just for that" he mouths at the kid and tosses the notebook in the bin next to him, giving the kid a "I wish you would" glare with a little smirk. The kid shrivels and turns back around.
Casey was watching the clock and her schedule at the same time, why did senior year have to suck so bad already? She felt warm fingers slide underneath her hand, without moving her head she side eyes the situation. A hand with many rings was sliding a little piece of paper to her. Casey curses her curiosity and opens up the paper.

Hobie watches in anticipation as he studied her reading the note, his heart flutters when her furrowed eyebrows disappear and a warm smile plasters her face, her lips reaching her dimples. He watched her in wonder, a small little gesture made her this happy? Casey catches herself and clears her throat, shoving the note into her shirt pocket. Subconsciously she leaned towards him more, sitting correctly in her seat.
"Thank you" she whispered, still not glancing at him, instead she smiled down at her lap. Without her hair to cover her face Hobie had full access to see the light blush on her cheeks and the way she pursed her lips to hold back her smile, he felt so elated to be the one to make her smile like that.
"Why are your R's like that?" Casey chuckles, still whispering. "I don't believe in being the same as everyone else" Hobie whispered back and leaned forward on his desk, turning a bit to face her. Finally, Casey looks over at him.
