chapter nine,
𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐘𝐎𝐑𝐊

——— QUICKLY, Triston and Thor shuffled the girls out of the lab, their only priority to keep the girls from harm. But soon, Triston got called away to deal with a problem his special set of skills were needed.

In the lower equipment room, Natasha continuously crawled under a catwalk when she suddenly stopped.

BOOM

BOOM

BOOM

The room vibrated rhythmically and Natasha pulled out her gun and slowly walked out onto the catwalk, then spun around. Behind her was The Hulk, who roared in her face. She fired a shot into a liquid nitrogen pipe that hit the Hulk in the face, which caused him to start to smash it. Natasha used this small distraction to run through the maze of corridors as the sound of the monster came behind her.

Finally, she reached a long corridor, and she ran down it, but as she did, the Hulk teared up the hallway, coming at her. Natasha turned to see right before the Hulk slapped her into the wall, smashing into the ground.

The Hulk had marked his territory. Natasha looked up as a fear she had never felt began to seep out. The Hulk raised his hand but was knocked off his feet by Triston Thorson, who tackled him into the next room.

Both Triston and the Hulk rolled across the Aircraft Port's floor as everyone ran the hell out. The blond looked up at this magnificent beast as the Hulk stood up, moving like a boxer, wanting Triston to make his move. But he made his move instead.

He swung and missed. Triston swung his massive hands and almost knocked the Hulk off his feet, but he kept swinging and missed, pissing himself off.

Finally, he brought down his arm, but Triston grabbed it and wrapped around it. "We are not your enemies, Banner! Try to think!" Triston loudly said but The Hulk lifted his arm up, to Triston's surprise, and sent him flying as he punched Triston's face with his fist.

Triston crashed into another stack of crates. As he raised his head, he felt something dripping over his lips. Blood.

As he wiped it away, the roar of the Hulk was not too far. Triston stood in position as he flickered his fingers, electricity flickering off as the roar got louder and closer.

Triston focused on what was in front of him, his eyes tight in concentration. The Hulk ran right at him and at the very last moment, Triston uppercut Hulk in the jaw, who crashed into a fighter jet.

The God of Strength watched as The Hulk stood up, shaking his head, thinking what the fuck just happened? He shook it off before angrily ripping off the tail of the jet, torquing his body like a Greek discus thrower and hurled the massive plate at Triston.
