Dirk pulled out the tracking device, the unknowing girl was leading him straight to the location of the facility. That was the easy part, how was he going to infiltrate it was a more dangerous matter. He secretly analyzed his walking partner, what were his intentions? Is he here to somehow clear his name? Was he infatuated with this urchin of a girl? How did he become aware of this place?
So many unanswered questions, he really should kill him. Mother might disapprove, but it is not like she would even know. Let us see how this scenario unfolds itself, he might be useful after all, either as a distraction, or even better as a scapegoat.

This seemed a lot easier when I was escaping, Nia thought to herself. The ventilation ducts were a tight squeeze, the progress was slow. She often felt winded and needed to rest, she tried to recall the layout of the facility in her mind. She already passed over the gymnasium. She could hear the cadets going through their drills. To her recollection the security/ computer data center should be up ahead and to the left.
She found the vent cover she was looking for and pried it open a little. Yup this was the right place, shit! Someone was still working, I guess I need to wait this out. It was at that time she heard an explosion off in the distance. The person swore and left his station, "well that was fortunate", Nia thought.
Adam:
"Where are we going? And what are you planning to do? Does this have something to do with the girl? Where is she?", Adam always talked too much when he felt nervous.
"Holy shit! You ask a lot of questions, as far as I know she is here to retrieve some information. About what, I do not know, I put a tracking device on her. Hopefully I can keep her out of trouble. But with you making so much of a fucking racket you are going to make this difficult."
