CHAPTER 6; I think im inlove with Jacob

pag dating namin sa house nadatnan namin sila mommy at daddy
"oh hello anak, good evening hijo" ang sabi naman ni mommy kay Jacob
"mommy, si Jacob po partner ko sa presentation" nag smile naman parents ko
"okay, sa room mo na kayo gumawa okay? and then mag tatawag sila manang for dinner" ang sabi naman ni mommy na naka hawak sa braso ni daddy
"saan po kayo pupunta dad?" ang tanong ko naman sa daddy ko
"business dinner, anak" ang sabi naman ni daddy sabay kiss na ulo ko
that is his way of saying goodbye to me whenever they go out without me
i just waved them goodbye

agad naman kaming pumasok ni Jacob sa room ko
"sanay kana ba na hindi mo kasama parents mo for dinner?" ang biglang tanong saakin ni Jacob habang papasok ako sa walk-in-closet ko
"well, palagi naman eh simula grade 6 pa lang ako hindi ko na sila kasabay, palagi nalang may meeting" ang sabi ko na matamlay ang boses
"oh" ayun lang ang nasabi ni Jacob agad ko naman siyang iniwan na naka upo sa couch malapit sa door ng walk-in-closet ko
pag labas ko naka palit na ako ng pantulog
ang aking usual na pantulog, a night gown na silk yung tela and it was above the knees
when Jacob saw me he started sweating
"mainit ba?" tinanong ko at kinuha ang remote para sa ac
"no, haha sorry" ang sabi niya na nanginginig ang boses
"let's start na?"
i starred at Jacob's eyes so hard my brain made a space just for his eyes
i can't believe this, am i falling for him? i can't be, i have a boyfriend and he has a girlfriend
i finally snapped out of what i was thinking

tinawag na kami nila manang para kumain at agad naman kaming bumaba ni Jacob
after namin kumain agad nang nagpa alam saakin si Jacob, hinahanap na rin siya ng mommy niya
"i've got to go, Kenzie my mom is looking for me, thankyou for the lovely dinner kenz" my second nickname that my dead sister used to call me "kenz" oh how i missed those times with my sister
"you're welcome, goodluck tomorrow, Jacob" i said lovingly and he just smiled sweetly at me
and then he went inside his car and rolled down his window
"thankyou again kenz, goodluck also!" he said happily
that made my stomach dance

i immediately went to my room to brush my teeth and do my skin care

god Jacobs handsomeness is getting over my head
alam kong may boyfriend na ako but Jacob is different, mas pogi naman sakanya si Josh but Jacob's fingers brushing my hair delicately had me loosing my mind

he is already inlove

i picked up my phone and saw Josh's calling
i immediately answered it
"hey, babu" i said
"why were you in Jacob's arms?"
"what?"
"why is jacob cuddling with you in your car?"
i went completely silent
my driver and Josh are friends
god i hate everyone

"mhh? so ngayon linoloko mo na ako? McKenzie how dare you? after all of those things we shared? how dare you? how will your parents react when their only daughter is a two timer? i can't with you Kenzie, we're done"
and then he hung up
