Chapter 13: I Need You...

~Friday at 10:35 pm ~

T E S S ' S P O V:

I just left Nicole's place and zoomed down the street, with tears falling from my eyes, I cannot believe Barry is my dad, he and my momma hook up...as I zoom down the street and reach my house, I go inside.

Tess: Mama?

I walked to the living room and saw my mom on the floor unconscious I ran to her and checks her pulse, it was weak as I sobs.

Tess: Don't leave me, mama... Please I need you here.

As I pulled out my phone and starts to dial 911 but they won't get there fast enough... I dial Barry and called him.

Barry answer the phone, ''Hello? Tess?''

I talk ''Daddy? please hurry I don't want to lose her please hurry Daddy''.

Barry talks  ''I'm on my way now, Tess''.

As We both hang up, he speeds here fast, he knocks on the door and I open it to let him in.

Barry: What's wrong?

Tess: Help my mom please I came home to her on the floor.

Barry: Okay, I'm here now okay let's take her to the hospital. But put your suit on.

Tess: Wh-Why?

Barry: We're going to zoom there

I nodded and pressed my necklace and Barry pressed the ring as we have our suits on he lifts my mom and carries her as we zoomed into the Hospital.

(an hour later)

I'm waiting in the waiting room with my dad- Barry for the doctor to call me back to my mom's room. It was silence until he broke the silence.

Barry: You okay kiddo?

I look up at him.

Tess: Y-yea I-I'm F-fine...

Barry: I'm here for you Kiddo, always.

Tess: But are you though? Because you sure weren't there for me when I was younger and needed my dad... (voice cracks)

Barry: Tess-

Tess: And the thing is... in your eyes, I'm not your daughter, I'm just your DNA.

Barry: no...No! You're not, I am sorry I wasn't there for you, I didn't know you existed, your mom didn't tell me she was pregnant, but I'm here now, just let me in Tess.

(Tess's VO): Trust me I wanted to but I can't get close to my dad if he's going to disappear again...

And Before I could speak the doctor called my name to take me back to see my mom and me and Barry stand up but I turn around and faced Barry.

Tess: I think you should leave... Thank you for helping me get my mom to the hospital but you should be with your real daughter...
