   A breakdown of the last ten chapters!

Hey everybody! So I decided that every ten chapters I will be going in depth about everything that has happened so you won't forget. There will be a timeline , I dissect every chapter, I will show you guys little tropes I added, and things they have in common! So lets being :

Chapter one:

We are introduced to Saanvi.

We meet her younger brother she calls "Milo" but his real name is Miliono Garcia. He is six years old.

Het birthday is May 22nd (Same as steve lacy)

We find out she suffers from chronic headaches ( this is important for later, trust me)

Her mother name is Zariyah Amin

Her step father is Mariono Garcia

We briefly meet Cleo (I bet yall forgot that, shit I did) there is a past with her but Saanvi doesn't go in depth about it ( this will be important later)

Chapter Two:

We are introduced to Arjun.

His mother is a NeuroSurgeon Dr. Tara Dupont

His father is a lawyer , Julian Dupont

We meet his younger sister Eloise Dupont, she is four years old.

Saanvi and Arjun meet for the first time in the parking lot while they are taking things to their dorm.

Arjun and Saanvi find out they are lab partners

Arjun throws water in Saanvi face

First, but definitely not the last, time Saanvi hits Arjun

Timeline-

Chapter One and Two starts Aug 20th , 2022 on a friday. This is that day everyone moves into their dorms.

{dates may not be important to you, but for me they are. I want the entire book to take place during Saanvi's entire freshman year of college. You will find out why later (: }

Notes on this chapter one : We are introduced to Saanvi and we get a short glimpse into her life. She starts her morning off with her parents, yes, but we see that they are a bit neglectful. First of all, they leave her alone with her little brother and her mother asks her for money before she leaves for university which is a big transition for her which no one seems to care about. We see her as her more authentic self when she is with her younger brother. She is standoffish with the mother and has little to no care at all about her step father.

Notes on chapter two: We are introduced to Arjun who is a very hard person. We see this because of how he is constantly cursing in his pov and how hostile he starts it off, just like Saanvi. We see once he is around his younger sister he is smiling and is playful with her. He lets his guard down with her. I should also mention we don't get introduced to his parents; this is to show how neglectful they are. Where were his parents ? you might ask yourself. Who was watching ellie? Is a question I also asked but we should assume that she has nannies and babysitters. Moving on though, we see that Arjun drove to college alone which supports that he is a very solitary person. He prefers to be alone. He also was very hesitant about going to

Saanvi's dorm and he over thinks a lot. Too much. This can be because of all the pressure his family puts on him to be successful. Also we see how impulsive Arjun is. He just threw that water in her face without truly thinking. The same way in chapter nine he pulled Saanvi's stoll near him and told her she had a spider in her hair. Each time he does these impulsive acts he always second guesses himself. Saanvi did get a short lived pov this chapter but there isn't much to dissect except the fact that she doesn't really understand her emotions and how to regulate them.
