CHAPTER 18

Shehnaaz's POV

I have not been going for my internship for the past few days, as firstly I have exams so I have to attend lectures in the morning and at night I have to continue my job in the bar, in order to pay hospital bills for my sister.

Talking about my sister, I am on my way to meet her as doctors said they need to talk to me about her health.

"Hey Eva!" I hugged her as soon as I saw her.

"Hey Sana." She giggled.

"How are you?" I asked, looking at her face. "I'm good." She grinned as I ruffled her hair. Her hair is just like my mother. She didn't lose her hair although she has cancer, because the medicines are safe and don't affect her in any way to lose her hair.

"Sana doctor said, my health is getting better." She said excitedly.

"Yes, your sister is a fighter." I turned to see the Doctor entering inside with a file.

"Indeed, she is." I agreed.

"Can I go home, doctor?" Eva asked innocently.

"Of course you can, but after a while." He answered making her pout.

"She is out of danger, but not fully recovered. You can take her home and still continue her treatment." Doctor Oliver, spoke while reading the file.

"Okay, thanks doc!" I smiled.

"We will discharge her after doing some tests, it will take one or two days." Doctor Oliver spoke before giving me a smile and leaving.

"Who is this, Sana? You've a boyfriend, and you didn't tell me?" I moved my attention to my sister who was showing me a picture of me and that asshole.

"He is the chimpanzee, I told you about." I said sliding beside her on the bed.

"No way! He is so handsome."

"Seriously?" I gave her a dry look.

"Seriously!"

"I want to tell you something important." I said before pulling her closer to me.

"What?"

"I'm getting married, to this chimpanzee." I whispered, while my heartbeats fastened.

"WHAT!?" She almost jolted back from my arms.

"Why am I not invited?" She asked.

"You're the main guest." I chuckled.

"See I told you, you and chimpanzee are soulmates." She laughed.

"Yeah, whatever." I sighed.

"Did you inform Nani?" She looked at me.

Holy shit!

"She will kill me." I groaned.

"No, she will be happiest. Let me call her."

"No-

"Hello naniiii!" And I shook my head in disbelief.

"Hello bachha. Kesi hai?" Came her voice from the phone.

"I'm awesome. Nani I have to tell you something very important!" She squealed. "Sana is getting married."

"What?" Came her shocked voice.

"Yes Nani. I'm giving the phone to her." She said and passed me the phone.

"Hello Nani, how are you?" I asked greeting her.
