I was settled in the dining table to eat dinner with the whole family when Sidharth spoke, grabbing everyone's attention.
"Tomorrow Mr. Gill has invited me and Shehnaaz to his business party."
What the fuck? Why me? Uncle never invited me to any of his parties before then why now?
"I also want to attend the party." Came Avi's voice from across the table.
"Me too." Arav joined.
"But you aren't invited. Also you're underage." Sidharth said.
"So what? It's Sana's home and we will go with her as her guests. Also you will be there to make sure I don't touch alcohol." Avi clapped his hands in excitement.
"I said no." Chimpanzee muttered before munching his food.
"You can come with me Avi. No worries." I smiled at him while he gave me a hi-fi.
"You're the best bhabhi." He squealed making me glare at him. He knows I hate when he calls me that.
"Kidding." He grinned.
"Me too! Take me with you too!" Arav jumped in the conversation.
"Okay!" I said making Arav happy.
"Enough! I'm not going there to have fun. It's a business party and these parties are held for sole purpose to build relationship with other businessmen and promote company culture." Sidharth gave all of us a nice lecture.
"Sid is right kids." Dad spoke.
"But- " Avi whined.
"Eat your food Avi, you've school tomorrow." Mom spoke ruffling his hair while Avi made a sad pout before munching his food.
"You're cruel." I whispered to the chimpanzee beside me who ignored me.
"Asshole." I muttered to myself which I guess he didn't hear.

Although I don't want to go to that shitty party, I've no choice.
It's okay Sana calm down. You can maybe have some fun there. Although I doubt that.
Looking through my wardrobe I found a red mini dress with spaghetti straps. I don't think this is appropriate for a business party but who cares?
I wore the dress, applied my makeup with high heels.
