Chapter 13

Over the next several months Grant and Mia met three to four times a week, sometimes more. They started having a weekly dinner with Jade, Jasmine, Gavin, Matt, Jason and Paul, and the subs helped Matt understand and learn to the point that Gavin laughing said they should start a sub school at the club. But none of them wanted that, they were always willing to help someone, but that was it.

Grant and Mia renewed their contract for six months because the first three had gone so well, Mia expanded her limits with the help of Grant and they both enjoyed the sessions together. Over the last month or so they had even started going on some "regular" dates for dinner or the movies, just because they enjoyed each other's company.

At their weekly dinner with the group, Gavin mentioned their parents were coming to town to meet their third brother's girlfriend. Mia had not met that brother, there had been a couple of opportunities, but something always came up stopping the meeting. Gavin asked if Grant was going to introduce Mia to their parents, and Grant replied, "Well I would love for her to meet them, but that would be her choice." So, Gavin turned to Mia who blushed and said, "If you want me to, I am willing." Gavin clapped and said, "Great that will take some of the pressure off Matt, I am going to introduce him as well. My parents know that I am bi, but I have never introduced them to anyone I was seeing before now."

Mia looked at Matt who was also blushing and said, "If they don't like us, we will run away together." Matt laughed and agreed. The parents were driving up on Saturday morning and Grant was hosting a party for everyone on Saturday evening. To help keep conversations flowing Grant had also invited Jade and Jasmine along with Angie and Tim, a few people from his office that his family knew, Grant's aunt and uncle who lived in the area and his brother's girlfriend's family.

Since they would not be able to play on Saturday, Mia came over on Friday after work and she and Grant had a great session, which put both in a great frame of mind for the weekend. Saturday morning Mia started gathering all her things that had started accumulating at his house and she told him she would load them into her car, but Grant said, "No just take them to my room, they will not be going in there." And he helped her move her things, and then Mia left promising to come back before the others were to arrive to help him get everything ready.

Once home Mia called Jade and they talked about what they were wearing, it was going to be casual, but Mia wanted to make sure she looked good, but not overdressed either. Jade was wearing a casual black dress with a cropped tan jacket, and Jasmine was wearing black slacks, and a black tank and lightweight black and white plaid jacket. Mia decided on a dark coral Cami dress that fit her but was not too tight and a white short sleeved shell, it was a nice mix of dressy and casual. Mia added a dressy collar Grant gave her that is silver chain with an O ring in the middle and the O ring has several smaller rings in black and pewter that is Morse code for brat.

The party was to start at six and Jasmine was catering the food, so Mia agreed to meet her and Jade at Grant's house a little after five to help them get everything ready. She texted Jasmine and Grant before leaving asking if she needed to pick up anything on her way, but both said everything was covered and just hurry and arrive. Well Grant asked her to hurry, saying he needed a hug because his parents were already driving him crazy.

Mia was a little nervous on the drive over, because it was a meet the parents' event and she had never done that before, but also because it was the first time, she had attended a social event with Grant. When she arrived the garage doors were open and Jasmine's catering truck was in the drive, Mia started to park in the garage, but decided that might be assuming too much. So, she parked on the street and walked up the drive and saw Jasmine and Jade unloading, so she picked up a tray and followed them inside.
