Chapter 23 - 18+

Everyone got comfortable in the living room with Mia, Jade and Matt sitting at the feet of Grant, Jasmine and Gavin. Since the game chosen was trivial pursuit, they decided they should have teams. The first idea was guys versus girls, but the number was odd. Then Gavin started saying, "We could do subs verses..." but quickly stopped and blushed. Everyone laughed and Gabe asked, "Is there something about this group that I don't know?" Gavin shrugged and said, "I am not afraid of saying it." Within the group the couples all looked at each other and all of them basically shrugged. Gavin said, "We told mom and dad earlier this week because Beverly was trying to use the information as a wedge, but just so you know little brother, Grant, Mia, Matt" he stopped and looked at Jade and Jasmine who both nodded. He continued, "Jade, Jasmine and I all participate in an alternative lifestyle." Gabe laughed and said, "So I am guessing by who is seated on the floor Mia, Jade and Matt are all subs. Right?" Gavin looked at him and said, "Yes, but what do you know about subs?"

Gabe laughed and said, "Well I have participated in that lifestyle before when I lived in Houston. But then I met Tabitha, and it was clear that was not her thing, so I have not been in the lifestyle in a while." Gavin burst out laughing and asked, "I have to ask, top or bottom." Gabe blushed and looked down and then sat on the floor. Jade high fives him and Mia and Matt just smiled at him. Matt looked at Grace and Glenn and said, "I know Gavin is going to kill me for asking, but I just have to know if you two are in it as well." Gavin groaned but did not stop his parents from saying anything.

Grace and Glenn looked at each other smiling and Glenn said, "Yes we are, we have been for years, ever since you boys were young." Jade being the brazen queen she was asked, "Who is top and who is bottom?" Grace smiled and said, "We are switches." Hearing that Gavin groaned and said, "I don't want to know that about my parents." Jade laughed and said, "I think it is cool that your family is close enough to be open, but I get that you don't want to necessarily play together." Grace laughed and said, "That is true, but I do want to visit your club at some point. I promise we will not arrive in latex and chains."

Gabe, looked at Gavin and asked, "Club?" Gavin nodded and said, "I have three clubs, The Purple Room, Blue Bayou and The Red Ropes. The latter being a BDSM club, and Grant is a partner in all three." Gabe looked between the two and said, "Now I am mad." Gavin and Grant looked at each other and then Gavin said, "Why?" Gabe replied, "I would have invested in all three, not just the two if you had told me." Grant laughed and said, "We can talk about that later, how are we going to divide teams."

They ended up with three teams of three, and they picked names out of a bowl. The game was loud and fun, with everyone participating and just being themselves. In the end Jasmine, Grant and Grace won, but it was a close game, so everyone was happy. Gavin told the group he hated to break up the party, but he needed to run to the club just to make sure everything was going well. Gabe asked to ride along, and Mia suggested that Grant go as well.

One they left, Mia explained that Matt had plans for a special breakfast for Gavin, so she went and pulled the casserole out of the fridge and said, "Matt, let's take this to your house an put it in your fridge and then we can go through your pantry and see what staples you need. And maybe even look at some storage containers online" Glenn said he was going downstairs to watch the baseball game and would tell the guys where they were if they were not back when they got home.

The ladies and Matt walked down to his house and started going through and making lists. Matt laughed and took notes, but said, "Buying supplies might be a waste since I cannot cook." Jasmine, Jade and Mia all promised to give him cooking lessons and even set Sunday as a cooking day. Grace offered support and made suggestions as well promising to send Gavin's and Grant's favorite recipes. While going through everything, Jasmine looked up things on Matt's laptop, and they ordered a set of storage containers for the pantry. Just as they finished Gavin walked in and said, "If you don't live in this house, get out. I plan on doing highly inappropriate things to Matt and I am not looking for an audience." The four women laughed and all of them hugged both men and walked out together. Jade and Jasmine said goodbye in front of Grant's house and Mia and Grace went inside. Once inside, Mia said, "I am headed to bed, see you in the morning. She was undressing when Grant entered the room and started undressing as well. When they climbed into bed Grant pulled her close.
