Raven stood before Rick Grimes and his group, gathered in the wide and spacious main hall of the 16-story bunker. Her eyes scanned over the people before her, taking in their strengths and weaknesses, and making mental notes on each individual.

"As the leader of this group of 200 survivors," she began, her voice authoritative, yet welcoming, "it's my responsibility to assign each of you a job that will fit your skills and capabilities. Working together is what will keep us alive and thriving in this post-apocalyptic world."

Raven called out each person's name one by one, assigning specific roles within the bunker. Rick received the position of Second-in-Command, as Raven believed his leadership skills would be highly beneficial to their community.

"Carol," Raven continued down her list, "You'll be in charge of our medical facilities. Your nurturing abilities will bring comfort to our people when they need it most." Carol gave a firm nod, accepting her new responsibilities with grace.

Next up was Daryl. "Your weapon handling and tracking expertise are unrivaled, Daryl. I place you in charge of our hunting and defense teams. We all know you'll keep us safe," Raven said with confidence.

Raven proceeded to assign roles to everyone from Rick's group until she arrived at Glenn and Maggie's names. A painful expression crossed her face for a fleeting moment as she recalled Maggie's recent kiss with her boyfriend. Hurtful memories threatened to distract her from her task at hand but Raven steeled herself.

"Glenn," she spoke deliberately, trying to maintain an air of neutrality, "I'm putting you in control of our scouting team. Your quick thinking and problem-solving skills have proven invaluable time and again."

Lastly, she turned to Maggie with a solemn gaze but kept her voice steady. "Maggie, I need you working in our agricultural operations. Your farming knowledge will be essential in providing sustenance for our group."

With both Glenn and Maggie assigned to different jobs in the bunker, it ensured that their paths would rarely cross, keeping them away from each other - at least professionally.

1 hour later

Raven, the fierce and resolute leader of the bunker, had been urgently searching for Carl Grimes. It was important that everyone living in the stronghold contribute to its survival, and young Carl was no exception.

Raven ventured through the bunker's lower floors, eventually reaching floor eight – the daycare center. As she stepped inside, her eyes quickly adjusted to the dimly lit room. The muffled cries and laughter of children echoed off the walls, creating a symphony of youthful innocence.

Raven scanned her surroundings until her eyes fell upon Carl. He was sitting on the floor with his younger sister, Judith. With doodles scattered around them, they were engaged in playful laughter as crayons danced across fresh pages.

"Carl," Raven called out gently, trying not to startle him. As he looked up, curiosity flickered across his face – a stark contrast to his usual stoic demeanor.

"What brings you here?" he asked, his voice only wavering slightly under Raven's intense gaze.

"I've come to talk to you about your future here in the bunker," Raven replied with a determined tone. "I need to know your interests and hobbies so that I can find a suitable job for you."

Carl hesitated, fiddling with his crayon as his thoughts raced through countless possibilities. What were his hobbies outside of doodling and taking care of Judith?

"Well... I like drawing," he said finally. "And I enjoy reading comic books and playing board games with friends."

As he spoke these words, an unexpected realization struck him like a bolt of lightning: a small schoolboy crush had been brewing in the depths of his heart. It took him aback since he couldn't have imagined it – he was only six years younger than Raven.

His cheeks flushed with embarrassment as he tried to decipher this newfound feeling – could it truly be more than mere admiration?

Raven, unaware of Carl's inner turmoil, took note of his interests. "That's a good start," she murmured, her face hinting at a plan forming in her mind.

"Don't worry, Carl – we'll find something suitable for you," she reassured him with a soft smile.

6pm

They walked together, gravel crunching beneath their feet as they made their way back to their makeshift home.

Raven glanced down at Judith, who mumbled incoherently in her sleep. Then, she turned to Carl and said, "The group's grown a lot recently, hasn't it? I haven't had the chance to really talk to Rosita, Tara, Eugene, and Abraham. I need to figure out what tasks would best suit them based on their abilities."

Carl nodded. "Sure, I can help you with that."

Raven couldn't help but study Rosita through the corner of her eyes. The woman was fierce and independent - a force to be reckoned with. Everyone seemed to admire her and respect her authority.

"Rosita used to be in the military," Carl began. "She's excellent at combat and has experience with weapons. She's also pretty good at hand-to-hand fighting."

Raven nodded thoughtfully. "She definitely seems like someone who can hold her own against those... monsters." Her gaze lingered on Rosita before turning back to Carl.

"What about Tara?" she asked.

Carl smiled. "Tara's a good problem solver; she can keep a level head in chaotic situations. She was a police officer before everything went crazy."

"And Eugene?"

"Eugene has an incredible intellect," Carl explained. "He knows how things work and could be our go-to person for fixing any equipment or planning our next moves."

Finally, Raven asked about Abraham.

"Abraham is also ex-military," Carl told her. "He's strong and relentless; he won't let anything stand in his way."

As they walked, the conversations continued between Carl and Raven. With each bit of information, Raven was able to assign each person a role that would strengthen their group and ensure their survival. And while her discussions with Carl revealed a lot of secrets he probably didn't notice.
