Charlottes pov
I'm 2 months now. Showing slightly. I've taken up wearing Jax's shirts to hide it. Abel is trying to walk but he's not quite there yet. Today we're getting a scan done. I hold Abel and smile bouncing him on my hip. Jax says "can we talk?" I look his way and say "of course. What's going on?" He smiles "nothings wrong Lottie. I've just been thinking" I tilt my head "I want you to take the time off during the pregnancy to go back to school as you wish and get your degree to be a surgeon just as you always wanted" I smile "Jax" he continues "I don't care the cost. I want you happy and challenging yourself with your work." I grab his hand "I love you for wanting that for me Jax. But it's too expensive. We have a baby to prepare for"

"I don't care the cost." He tells me kissing my hand. I say "I'd need to go to hands on schooling, and then intern again. It's not something I can just do online Jax. And with the pregnancy med school is a stressor" he nods and kisses me softly "we'll figure it out. But I don't want you to hold yourself back because we're extending our family." He adds "I'm sure my mom won't mind assisting" I chuckle "she's not my biggest fan right now Jax"

He says "it's not about you. She's mad at me for being what and who I should be to you three. That's on her" "I don't want to be the thing that divides you and your brothers Jax" I tell him again. I add "you've been a part of them and been their VP long before you met me. They watched you grow or grew beside you. They're your family. I don't want to separate you from that. I don't have a big family. And I never did. I want that for the baby. To have better than I did" bouncing Abel. He touches my stomach and replies "this baby will be loved darlin don't you ever doubt that. You see how the club are with Abel. Imagine them with a lil girl running around" I smile "who says it's a girl and not another boy?" He chuckles "god help us all if it's another mini me" I slap his shoulder laughing "what? I was terrible. We're lucky Abel is so tame" he chuckles.

"But I have a feeling you're growin a lil princess in you" he says with a smile. I smile "yeah?" He nods "definitely. I had that same feeling when Abel came to be" I kiss him "cmon were gonna be late if we don't" he takes Abel and says "let's go mama" we get into the car Jax strapping Abel into his seat and we drive to st Thomas.

Jax's pov
I watch as they weigh her and have her sit on a table thing. I take a seat beside her and the doctor asks questions. We answer and her shirt is lifted. God she's perfect. I hold Abel and her hand in my free one. I pause seeing the screen. The doctor says "everything with the babies seems to be fine" we ask "babies?" She nods and points "one, two" twins. I grin as she does too. I kiss her deeply. Twins. We're going to be a family of 5.

I break away and smirk "guess it worked after all" referring to how we've been fucking and whatnot. She blushes and slaps my shoulder "Jax!" She scolds and I chuckle and were told how to care for her and the small little ones growing inside of her. We get the pictures and head out. I pull her in kissing her my free hand on her stomach Abel coos "dada" I chuckle and say "what did you just say Abel" it's the first time he's said it. Everything is mama to him. He repeats "dada" I chuckle and kiss his head "cmon bud let's head home"
