AN: EPISODE 8

Y/N POV:

Marcus and I were laying on his bed, watching a video on my phone when I got a notification from my mom. I ignored it but then I got other notification from a friend, I opened it and it was a link.

When I opened the link it was a video of Cynthia wanting to be the mayor. I rolled my eyes.

"If I could vote, I'll would vote for Paul. He acts instead of saying it. I mean yeah, I understand that she's a mother, but that's her only reasoning, and she's obviously doing it to get back at Ginny's mom." I said.

"How would you know that?" Marcus said.

"With how the video started and ended and the fact that she got Paul's outside of work relationship involve. I mean, it's his life, he's not doing anything that can cause the whole town to be in a apocalypse." I said.

Marcus nodded. "That's true, but then again, dating your assistant?" He said.

"Okay. It's like. you and I. If you were to have your own company, and I wanted to help you by being your assistant and your rival found that out and used that against  you." I said. "It's literally your private life, your not doing anything that can cause your company to fall apart."

"Oh, okay, I get it." He said, smiling.

"You don't." I said.

"I do not, but it somewhat makes sense." He said, giving me a goofy smile.

I smiled and went back to watching the video with Marcus, until I got another notification from my mom, then from my dad. I ignore them.

Marcus took my phone, I looked at him confused.

"You're not going to see what they want?" He asked.

"Why should I? So they can tell me that they want to discuss something with me?" I said.

"Yeah, what if it's important." He said.

"They want to see who I'm going to go with. If I go with my dad, we're going to move, to New York, maybe. If I go with my mom. we will probably be moving everywhere because she want to travel." I said.

"So, you're moving away?" He asked, in a sad tone.

"What? No. I'm not moving away, because I'm going with either of them." I told him.

"But they want you to go. You can't be home alone." He said.

"Sound like you want me to leave." I said.

"What? No. No. I don't want you to leave. I'm just saying." He said.

I sighed. I grabbed my phone. I got up from the bed.

"I can't deal with this." I said.

I left his room and out the house. I walked to my car.

I heard Marcus call my name. "Y/n, please. You know I didn't mean it like that. I'm just hurt to know that you're going to leave me." He said.

I looked at him.

"I didn't say that I was leaving. Okay." I told him.

"I know, but you're parents are making you decide who you want to move with."  Marcus said.

"And I'm telling you, that I'm not going to move. Okay. We'll be discussing about it. This is why I didn't tell you. You'll say one thing, then you say another. I don't know what you want me to do about it." I told him.
