It was daytime and Dean was in a hospital bed, Dean was looking down at his unconscious body he was understandable still in shock, he had tubes coming out of his mouth he was worrying about Sarah and Sam but thankfully he turns around seeing both Sarah and Sam he's relieved and speaks up saying, "Sammy and Sarah, your both alright considering." But he doesn't get a reply which is concerning, Sarah sits down next to Dean and holds his hand she looked like she had been crying, he looks down at her smiling, Sam simply says, "Oh No." After seeing his brother covered in tubes, Dean looks between the both of them saying "Guys tell me you can hear me? He then asks hey how's dad? Is he okay, come on your psychic give me some ghost whispering or something."
Then the Doctor that was taking care of Dean walks into the room, Sarah remains where she is and Sam is next to her and they both look over at the doctor who speaks up saying, "Your father's awake, you can go and see him if you want too." Sarah is the one to speak up and she says, "You go I'll stay here with Dean." Dean breathes a sigh of relief saying, "Oh thank god." Sarah then speaks up and asks the Doctor, "Wait what about Dean?" Sam stays by Sarah's side waiting to hear what the doctor saying about Dean's condition and he says, "Well he has sustained some serious injuries: Blood Loss, contusions to his liver and kidney, but the thing I'm concerned about most is his head trauma, there's early stage of cerebal edema."

Sam is the one to speak up and he asks, "Well what can we do?" The doctor looks between the both of them and says, "Well that's the thing we don't know his full condition until he wakes up, that's if he wakes up." That last part causes both Sam and Sarah to look over at the doctor with concerned expression on their faces, Sarah is the one to speak up saying, "If?" The Doctor continues looking at both of them and he says, "I have to be honest---." Dean speaks over the doctor saying, "Oh screw you Doc I'm waking up." The Doctor continues saying, "Well most people with this degree of injury wouldn't have survived this long, he's fighting very hard but you guys need realistic expectations." Dean looks from the Doctor to Sarah and Sam, he says "Come on Sam, Sarah go and find some hoodoo priest to lay some magic mojo on me, Sarah and Sam."
So whilst Sam went to see John, Sarah stayed by Dean's side and he was with her but of course she didn't seem so she thought this might be the perfect opportunity to talk to him alone and she sighs still holding Dean's hand and she says, "Wow didn't realise how hard this was going to be but look there's something you need to know, I'd rather be telling you whilst your awake but well i always choked up and things get awkward, but since I've known you there's been this feelings thinking of you more than a friend, but I know my dad wouldn't approve." She laughs a little and says, "He's a stubborn old man but he's my dad at the end of the day and just wants whats best for me."
Dean smiles at her and says of course knowing that she can't see or hear him he smiles at what she had just said and he says, "Yeah I know the feeling I hope I remember to talk to you when I wake up because there's somethings that I need to tell you as well." She just stays there holding Dean's hand getting a bit emotional which is understandable seeing the guy that she loves just lying there possibly to never wake up, back in John's room he had given Sam his Insurance card and it reads, "Elory McGillicutty?" John who's arm is in a sling had awkwardly handed it to him, then John speaks up saying, "And his two loving sons and Family friend, so what else did the doctors say about Dean?"
