The Impala was still parked underneath a tree, whilst Dean, Sarah and Sam was still leaning against the fence, drinking their beer around a small lake, Dean is the first to speak up and he says, "Well right before Dad died, he erm told me something ---- something about you." Sam looks over at his brother with a worried look on his face and asks him, "Well what did he tell you Dean?" Dean takes a deep breath and then looks at the lake and then back at his brother saying, "Well he said he wanted me to watch over you, to take care of you." Sam looking at  his brother says, "Dean he told you that like a million times." Dean sighs and he speaks up saying, "Well no this time it was different, he said that I had to save you."

Sarah is unsure of what to say or do, so she decided to go for a bit of a walk not far but to give the two brothers some space, of course Dean looks over at her now and again to keep an eye on her making sure she doesn't wonder off to fair, when he sees that she has stopped he looks back to his brother Sam speaks up asking Dean, "Wait save me from what?" Dean leans his front against the fence, Sarah looks over at the brothers but remains where she is for a bit longer, Dean speaks up again saying, "Well he just said that I had to save and that nothing else matters, and If I didn't ----."

Sarah had rejoined them as Sam asks, "You would what Dean?" Dean looks from Sarah to his brother and he says, "Well that I would have to kill you, He said that i might have to kill you sammy." They both looked over at him with concerned expression on their faces, Sam starts getting angry and he asks his brother, "Wait kill me what the hell does that even mean?" Dean answers and says, "Honestly Sam I don't know." Sam has more questions which of course is understandable and Dean tries his best to give him the answers.

Dean says "Nothing, that's it, I swear." Sam says "How could you not have told me this?" Dean says "Because it was Dad, and he begged me not to." Sam says "Who cares?! Take some responsibility for yourself, Dean! You had no right to keep this from me!" Dean says "You think I wanted this? Huh? I wish to God he'd never opened his mouth and then I wouldn't have to walk around with this screaming in my head all day."

Sam turns and takes a few steps away, fuming and says "We've just got to figure out what's going on, then, what the hell all this means." Dean says "We do? I've been thinking about this, I think we should just lay low. You know? At least for a while until it's safer and that way we can make sure ----." But before Dean could even finish his sentence Sam looks over to him interrupts and says, " "What? That I don't turn evil? That I don't turn into some kind of killer?" Both Sarah and Dean looks over at Sam with worried expressions on their faces, but it's Sarah that speaks up first and she says, "Wait Sam, Dean didn't mean it like that."

Sam focused his anger on Dean for keeping this secret from him, he looks over at him and says "Jeez, if you're not careful you will have to waste me one day, Dean." Dean says "I never said that! Damnit, Sam, this whole thing is spinning out of control. All right? You're immune to some weirdo demon virus, and I don't even know what the hell anymore you're pissed at me that I get it, that I deserve it. But right now I think it's best that we lay low for now until we figure out our next move okay?"

Sam just continues staring at his brother simply saying, "Forget it." Dean speaks up and he says with a concerned voice begging him, "Please just give me sometime, give me sometime to think about it okay? I'm begging you here please, please." Sarah looks between the two brothers waiting for a response from Sam who doesn't speak but just nods his head reluctantly.

Velvet inn motel night time, Sam leaves a motel room alone, a bag over his shoulder and he walks quietly past the Impala to a small black car; he opens the door with a coat hanger, looks around, and gets in and he drives away, Sam is standing outside a dark house, holding a piece of motel stationery from The Blue Rose Motel, with an address written on it. He approaches the house cautiously and he picks the lock and enters; the house is dark. As he passes through the doorway he trips a wire at floor level, which triggers a grenade and it explodes; he screams and all that is remaining are his boots, dissolves into a flash of light, then into, a bedroom in a bed Ava a young woman wakes up from the vision/nightmare, gasping.
