The three of them was in a Jewellery store Sarah was talking to a young woman Frannie who works there and she hands her some papers of course the three of them are wearing their FBI outfits, whilst she was talking to her both Sam and Dean was talking to the Manager and asking questions, The Manager speaks up and he says, "Helena was our head buyer, she...she was family, you know? She said it herself, every year at the christmas party she said we were the only family she had." Sam asks him another question, whilst he did that now and again Dean would look over at Sarah, she would look over at him and they would smile at each other and then go back to talking too Frannie and the Manager, the question that Sam asks him was, "Wait so there was no signs that she would do something like this?"
The Manager looks over at Sam and he says, "No I still can't believe it even now that night Helena came back to the store after closing, She cleaned out all the display cases, and the safe Edgar ---- our night watchmen ---- he well caught her in the act, but he didn't know what to do he had known her for years and he called me at home." Dean who looks away from Sarah and focuses on the Manager asks him, "And I'm guessing that's when she took the gun?" The Manager took a second to reply and says, "Yeah she just shot him in the face, whilst he was still on the phone with me and I heard him dying."
Sam is next to ask the manager a question and he asks, "So any idea what her motive could have been?" The Manager looks from Dean to Sam and speaks up saying, "Wait what motive? It makes no sense, why steal all those diamonds, all that jewellery and then what? Just dump it somewhere, hide it and then go home and..." Whilst that was happening Sarah was still talking to Frannie and she asks, "So she killed herself?" Frannie looks over at Sarah and speaks up saying, "Yeah well that's what the cops are saying, she dropped her hair dryer in the bath and fried herself, they should know right?"
Sarah looks over at Frannie and says, "Yeah well thanks Frannie, I think we've got everything we need." Once she was done she had gone to join Sam, Dean who was still speaking to the manager, Sam asks him another question and asks, "Wait so you never saw the security camera footage, yourself then?" The Manager continues looking over at Sam and he says, "No that's the first thing that the cops took." Sarah speaks up and she says, "Yeah they would do that of course."
The three of them have left the Jewellery store, Sam is the one to speak up first and he says, "Five----this is it." Dean isn't exactly happy with the whole situation especially with the cops and he makes it known by speaking up saying, "Frigging cops." That causes Sarah to sigh and looks over at him and she says, "Look they're just doing their jobs Dean." Of course he wasn't exactly thrilled with what she had just said and then he looks over and says, "No they're doing our job, but they don't know it, so they suck at it anyways talk to me about this bank."

They get out of the car and head towards the house Sam is the first to speak up and he says, "Uh it's called the Milwaukee National Trust and it was hit about a month ago." Dean speaks up asking, "Wait the same M.O. as the jewellery store?" Sam speaks up again and he says, "Yeah inside Job, longtime employee the never-in-a-million-years type the dude robs the bank, after that he goes home and apparently committs suicide."
