SKYLAR RAIN STONE DALLAS, TX
'SKYLAR held the red urn in her arms tightly walking inside of the quiet dark house, placing her keys and purse on the empty part of the entry table sliding her feet out of the yellow Tory brunch Sandals neatly placing them against the wall.
Biting down on her bottom lip breathing in a short breath, staring down at the urn with her grandmother ashes that were currently inside. She placed the urn next to both of her parents who died in 2018 due to an house explosion.
Her grandmother died due to stage 4 lung cancer, Skylar begged her to take chemo but rose always denied. She was old and it was time for her to go, God was calling her home for a reason. She did everything she needed to do on this earth, she made a living.
Skylar spent all her free time with her grandmother before she knew it was her time to go, Rose been in the hospital for two weeks. Skylar was heartbroken when her grandmother held on a little longer just for the day before she passed away in Skylar arms.
She waited until Skylar got done with work to come see her, they talked for a little bit and Rose let Skylar know it was her time. Skylar understood that, she held her grandmother body in her arms until she heard the loud strain beep in her ears.
Her grandmother requested to become ashes, she didn't want to be buried. Skylar followed her wishes, during her funeral Skylar was alone the whole time since she didn't talk to any of her family really. They all stopped connecting with her three months after her parents funeral.
She felt like they were only talking to her because they knew how wealthy her parents was and the wanted the inheritance money, Skylar saved up all the money until she was ready to open up her own Salon. She knew it was a very common thing to be a stylist in Dallas.
She was kinda different from everyone though, she didn't allow deposits when booking. If they didn't come they didn't come, multiple people come for walk ins. Her prices were the best of the best, she wanted to make people feel good about themselves whenever they stepped foot into her shop.
The rest of the inheritance money she saved, she did use a bit of it for her grandmother funeral along with purchasing her first vehicle which is a Black Mercedes AMG G63.
Walking inside of her bathroom leaning over turning on the bathwater, putting the stopper inside of the tub lifting up to grab the Dr.teals Coconut oil foaming bath. Her body has been aching for the past few days since she busied herself with work since her grandmother passed away.
Skylar relaxed inside of the tub for half an hour, she cleaned herself up did her face routine and slipped on some comfortable pajamas. She was gonna brush her teeth once she finished eating and snacking on something.
