Over the next few weeks, Y/N started to feel weaker and weaker, but she refused to let anyone know what was happening to her. She continued to fight by Bruce's side, even as the virus consumed her.

It wasn't until one day, during a particularly brutal battle, that Bruce finally realized something was wrong. He saw that the virus had spread to cover nearly her entire torso, and he realized he had to act fast if he was going to save her.
