I don't know whats up with valerie she woke up this morning and moved away from me and when I tried to bring her back towards me she'd tell me to not touch her or she'll just get up and leave the room

I don't know if she's traumatized from anything but she's been cooped up in bed and hasn't eaten a thing just water from the fucking sink

"V...talk to me baby" walking into the room I see her in bed with pillows huddled all around her and lots of blankets "please leave me alone" I ignore what she said and pull the covers off of her seeing her crying under the sheets

"V...hey..hey whats up hm? come on get up lets take a bath yea? then I'll make you some dinner" she shakes her head and I sigh..I dont understand last night she was all cuddled up on me and today she just doesn't want anyone around her

"daddy?" evalyn enters the room "VAL!" She squealed out and got on the bed hugging her tightly "Are you okay? your hurt VV" she pouts seeing her scars on her face

"Im okay eva" she softly says "Evalyn go outside for a minute I need to get V ready for a bath" I tell her and she nods closing the door behind her

"come on get up" she shakes her head no again so I just walk to the bathroom and set a warm bath for her throwing in the products she uses and walking back out seeing her just laying there

"come on love.." I pick her up gently "please no..I don't want to" she looks at me her eyes welling up with tears "Baby you need to bathe okay? when we're done you're gonna eat and then you can get back in bed sound good?" she nods not saying a word as I bring her to the bathroom setting her on the counter

"you do need to take off your clothes you know?" she sighs and reaches for her shirt "want me to help you?" she shakes her head for which seemed like the millionth time and sighs once again "Can you l-look a-away?" I turn around and face the shower

If only I knew what was wrong with her I wanna know how badly they hurt her I thought

once she was undressed she climbed off the counter and I see she got in the bath slowly closing her eyes "Do you need anything?" "no" her soft voice hits my ears like a melody "Okay Im gonna go make you some alfredo pasta yea?" she nods slightly and I leave the room going down to the kitchen

"Papa...is Vv okay? she's quiet" evalyn looks at me upset at the thought "she's fine just not in her best mood after what happened" she pouts and I pick her up holding her "so lets make some alfredo and cheer her up hm?"

"Yea!" we go to the kitchen and I get all the ingredients out, flour, eggs you know that type of stuff we start making the dough and putting it in a noodle shape then throw it in the pot, after we put the chicken in the pan with the alfredo sauce and add a couple seasonings because salt and pepper don't do it in an Italian mans house

we put the alfredo in and let it sit moving it around a bit, "Eva go color while the food cooks Im gonna check on mommy okay?" "mommy? VV my new mommy?" she says excited and I smile "yes she is" I go upstairs and enter the bedroom

"Valerie?" walking into the bathroom I see my beauty laying in the bath she opens her eyes to look at me and I smile softly at the sight "did you wash your hair?" she nods at me and asks for the towel on the rack which I give her

"C-can you turn a-around?" my eyebrows furrow but I listen to her anyway and look at the wall once again, when I hear her get up and step out I see her walk in the closet I look over her seeing the scars on her body

I just wanna kiss every single one of them and let her know how beautiful she is if she let me but I can't she wants some space and I understand that But god the way her black hair falls on her back nicely, the way her hips sway when she walks, the way she smiles and how her dimples slightly show, the way her face brightens and glows when she sees something she likes, the way she treats my daughter fuck I can go on and on about this woman and never get tired talking about how perfect she is I love her so much it hurts.
