CH 18

Well I have officially stepped down from the mafia.

Valerie doesn't even know yet, I talked with Gio and he gladly was up to take the position, signing the papers to his name, to contracts and lawyers 

"Guess we're done here" I tell him, I'd do anything to keep my girls safe even if it means leaving my job for it "it was good doing business' with you Damiano" we handshake and bid our goodbyes

I walk out his office and get in my car driving back to the house which isn't so far from here

I go to the jewelry store to pick up something

After awhile of driving I park up the driveway and make my way upstairs seeing valerie huddled up under the covers once again..

"Hi darling.." she looks up at me and smiles slightly, I go to the closet and change into a pair of boxers and sweatpants laying down next to her grabbing her by her waist positioning her on top of me

"I stepped down" I tell her making her look up at me with her eyes widened

"what? so soon?" she asks in a soft tone and I hum nodding at her question "I did it all for you I didn't want you in danger anymore nor evalyn, it happened once I wont let it happen twice"

she nods at me and smiles that beautiful smiles of hers "Thank you Baby for putting our safety first.." she tells me smiling widely

I Chuckle at her and kiss her on her soft lips

she hums softly Pulling me closer running her hands up my chest, Pulling away I look at her and smile "Not today baby" she pouts but nods anyway "wanna get married? Have another you or me running around? move out of this place and get a bigger house? bring marella for all I care, I just wanna court you and claim you as mine for the rest of my life"

She looks at me and giggles softly the sound making my heart warm, I love her so fucking much I'd go insane if she left

"I don't see why not.."  I smile at the thought of my pretty girl walking down the aisle in her big wedding dress and evalyn throwing the flower petals on the ground..

"Okay then" I take out a box that I picked up on my way home and opened it

"Valerie Moreno will you accept this ring and be my fucking wife for eternity?" I tell her with a giant smile on my face chuckling at her shocked face she nods rapidly, tearing up at the sight of the ring I put it on her finger as she gets up and runs to the balcony doors opening them and walking out 

"IM ENGAGED!! IM FUCKING ENGAGED" She yells out, I smile looking at the way her hairs blowing from the wind, the way her creamy soft thighs are on display due to her shorts, her gorgeous curvaceous body, getting up and going behind her I turn her around and kiss her passionately pulling her by the waist her hands wrapping around my neck

Pulling her up against me I keep kissing her until she pulls away to breathe..

"you make me the happiest girl alive.." I smile at the thought pecking her on the lips until I hear my bedroom door bust open with matteo and marella running in "who the fuck is screaming?" 

"Im engaged.." Valerie tells her and I smile at the thought..

"WAIT WHAT?!" my eardrums "hey tone it down but yes Im engaged.." 

she looks at damiano shocked and he laughs "I also stepped down from the mafia" Matteo looks at him with his eyes widened "But thats papa's legacy.." 

"I know but he said in his will If I wanted to step down to pass it on to gio which I did this morning"  Damiano told him

he smiles and nods "Also evalyn complained about you guys being a bit too loud" I look at him and slap him on the chest "Oh shut up not like you guys weren't either, Yea V I heard your moans" Marella tells me and I instantly start blushing hiding in his chest

God..Was I that loud? I thought I was quiet..

"Hushh god.." he kisses me on the forehead and I smile at the feeling 

"I cant believe your engaged and Damiano you hurt her I swear to fucking God your dead" 

"she's in good hands.. don't worry I will never hurt her" He looks at me in the eyes while saying that and I blush once again hearing him chuckle

We look at matteo who's cheeks are tinted pink "why you blushing matt?" Marella asks Him and he whispers something in her ear causing her to smirk "welp guys ill leave you to it me and matt are gonna...go talk..Bye!" she grabs his hand and runs out

me and Damiano look at each other and start to laugh knowing whats about to go down

"I love you"

"I love you more"

We hear small footsteps then evalyn makes her way in the room laying on the bed "Their so loud all the time, Dad can you change my room on the other side of the hall? their annoying" she huffs out rolling her eyes

we smile at her cuteness "yea I'll get someone to do it" 

Kissing him softly I thought..

Maybe men aren't so bad after all...

theirs always good ones out there...
