"Let's try this again, do you know this boy?" He asks, showing me a picture of Connor.

"Yes." I reply with no emotion showing on my face. I can't let this guy know that Connor's my brother!

"When did you last see him?"

"I don't know!"

The Viking claps his hands and a group of other vikings come into the room and attach a machine to my head.

"This is a lie detector. I suggest telling the truth." He grins as he turns it on.

"First question, how do you know him?"

"Uh, we used to go to the same school."

The Viking looks at me then at the lie detector.

"Truth" it says.

"He doesn't go there anymore." I add.

"Truth"

"Where was this school located?"

"Seoul, I think.."

Seoul?

The lie detector turns yellow, then turns green again. "Truth"

The Viking looks at me suspiciously. "Are you sure?"

"Yes." I reply.

I mean, it's not exactly a lie. It's just not the whole truth either. He asked where the school was located, so I gave him the location of our middle school. We only studied there for 8th grade, but what they don't know won't hurt them! Probably.

"Did you kidnap me because you think I'm a Psychic?" I ask.

TV turns around. "So.. you know what the eye means?" He asks.

TV is short for "The Viking" by the way.

"I saw it in a book." I reply.

"Truth"

"What does the eye symbolize, then?" He asks.

"It's the symbol of Psychics, isn't it?" I ask.

"You figured it out." He doesn't seem surprised at all.

"I'm not a psychic. You know that."

"Then what are you?" He asks, facing me. But he doesn't seem to be talking to me anymore.
