Fay made me a very generous serving for breakfast. I ate the whole plate in less than five minutes.

The bus comes in front if my house. Thank god the bus stop is in front of my house or my life would be a hot mess.

I walk outside after breakfast and the bus just finished loading the other kids. I am the last one to arrive as usual.

Connor is inside the bus waiting for me. He saved me a seat next to him. As I walk in, he smiles and I smile in reply.

As I take a seat, I start looking at Connor for who knows how long. You wouldn't blame me for staring, if you knew that the person I was staring at died yesterday.

So if you forgot that all of that happened, here is what you would think: "Have you turned gay overnight or something because if you haven't, you sure look like you did? You are starting to creep me out John," exclaims Connor.

I start blushing and the people in the seats around us start eavesdropping on our conversation.

"Um, sorry. I just, um, started freezing, so, um, yeah," god, I must sound really stupid. I wouldn't blame them if the kids around me start spreading rumors about me being gay.

Connor takes notice of the other students eavesdropping and takes out his phone. He goes to his notes and starts typing. When he is done, he shows me what he typed.

'There is nothing wrong with being gay and it might be just a phase. I had a gay phase when I was thirteen, it lasted a few months. Just because of this, don't expect me to let you do anything to me. Find someone else for stuff like that.'

Oh god. I don't like him in that way and I have no interest in doing 'stuff like that' with other boys. I am 100% straight....

Wait, he had a gay phase when he was 13. I didn't even know that gay phases exist. I guess that would explain why he was pantsing me a lot at that time. Connor wasn't the pranking type.

I was thinking that he was gay, but I couldn't exactly be sure because I was too busy being embarrassed and pulling my pants back up to see if he was looking afterwards or not.

I grabbed Connors phone and typed that I wasn't gay. He just responded saying okay. At the corner of my eye, I can see him doing a silent chuckle.

The rest of the bus ride is silent between me and Connor.

We have 20 minutes before the bell for first period. In that time, I usually go to the library. Connor offered to go with me, but I refused. I know that he is going to tryout for the soccer team, so I tell him he should go practice.

Robert says that he is a Greek demigod of Apollo. I don't know much about Greek mythology, but if one of the main people who raised me is part of it, I intend to know more.

I go to the computers and type in Apollo in the library search engine. The first to pop up is the space thing, Mission Apollo. The second was what I was looking for, the Greek god. After that was the winter Olympian who recently retired, but that isn't important.

I type on the link for 'Apollo: Greek God.'
It is in a section completely dedicated to Greek mythology.

I search the library for G. I find G, and look for GR. I see Greek. It has GREEK ANCIENT CELEBRITIES. I see a book with Alexander the Great and some knot. After was GREEK HISTORY AND POLITICS. In that section I saw a book about Athens and Sparta. After was GREEK MYTHOLOGY and I stop there.

The mythology section was enormous. Dane, I wonder how big Greeks version of the bible is.

I still have 17 minutes so I guess it is time to start studying my foster fathers religion.
