Trial by fire

Chapter 9

Cole lifts Kya up, and begins walking. It's pretty hard to walk when you're blind folded, but Cole leads the way.
A little later, Cole takes the blindfold off. They are now in the field where Kya was tortured last night. He rips the tape off of her mouth, again. The he throws a punch straight at Kya's face. Kya winces, and falls to the ground. She had no balance with her hands tied! Cole then started to kick her, hard, in the back. He was kicking her harder than Max or Andrew use to kick. She let a few screams come out, and then one last final kick came, and Kya blacks out.
...Kya wakes up on the grass in the field. She looks over and sees Cole, Andrew, and Max. They are about 20 feet away from her, and they're talking quietly. But Kya still can hear what they're saying... "I gave her one last kick in the back, and she stopped breathing." "We didn't want her dead, you idiot!" Screams Andrew. Andrew slaps Cole across the face, but Cole doesn't flinch a bit.
While they get into a fist fight, Kya wonders about what she should do next. But before she can think of anything, Andrew sees Kya moving. "She's alive!" He tells, and then all of their attention turns to Kya. Kya gets up to her feet, and out of instinct, points at Andrew. A flaming ball ignites from her fingertip, and hits Andrew right in the center of his face.
Andrew gives a terrifying scream, and falls to the ground. He holds his face and screams out in anger, and in pain. Max and Cole stare at me. "So she is possessed..." Says Max, as he circles around me. Cole does the same. Cole tries launching his fist at Kya, but her fire hits him before he knows it. It hits him right in the chest, and he goes sailing to the ground. Max pulls out his switch blade, and throws it at Kya. It slices the tip of her ear, but only hurts a little. Kya sends sparks flying in Max's direction, and both of his legs were burnt. With the boys crying in pain on the ground, Kya sets off running into the woods. She finds her way to L.A and goes to a police station and tells everything. The 3 boys get arrested and Kya gets back home and lives safe with her family.......... For now.....
