A few years later, after everything that had happened with Kya, she and her family moved. She finished High School and made some new friends. Now she's living on her own, trying to decide what college to go to, and if she is even going to go to college.
She has pushed the memories of Andrew, Cole, and Max out of her mind. She is starting fresh. *
Kya paced around her house. What to do... She decided to go for a walk. She went out the front door and into the city. There were lots of people, stores, it was nice. She had more control over her powers now, over more years of practice. She smiled and walked into a store. She bought some groceries and walked out. She didn't have much on her agenda, so she decided to go home. She walked past lots of cool buildings, then suddenly a hand was over her mouth and she was pulled into an alleyway. How was no body seeing this?! She wiggled around, and when she was about to use her fire in defense, she blacked out when the person dragging her injected something into her using a syringe. *
Kya woke up in a dark room. She looked around, seeing nothing but shadows, a small light, and that she was tied up in a chair. She had tape over her mouth. A man appeared out of the shadows, wearing a mask. Then another man. Then another. There were 3 of them. Kya looked up at them and smirked a little. They were no match for her fire. She used all of her strength to create a fireball to burn the rope that was tying her up- but it didn't work. Huh? She tried again, her smirk fading. Why wasn't it working... "Well, well, well." She was interrupted. That voice was familiar... "Look who we ran into. We didn't know who we grabbed, we just wanted a fine woman to, 'play' with..." The familiar man said. He walked closer to her and put his hand on her cheek. "We had no clue that we captured you, Kya." She could see his eyes smirking through the mask.
