Haehyo Jung was entering his senior year of high school as well. He had been preparing for this moment his whole life, finally he can leave home and be independent. His birthday is December 20th 2005, Mr Sag boyy. His favorite food is fried chicken, his favorite snack is strawberry pocky. He also loves the little guava candies that you get at Asian restaurants. His favorite music pop rock, alternative music and a little bit of rap. He kind of hates generic pop music he thinks it all sounds the same. He will argue with you all day about it.
Let's talk about his looks he's 5'11, brown eyes, slender build but very strong and brown wavy hair he has in a shag cut. He has multiple piercings a nose piercing, lip piercing and double ear piercings, he has a mole to the side of his left eye. He also freckles that scatter his face when he doesn't cover his face with makeup. He has always been insecure in his freckles because when he was younger he was bullied for it and kids would not talk to him because they thought he had chicken pox. There was one kid who didn't run away from Haehyo and that was Chase Luis, they met in third grade and have been inseparable since, Haehyo had another friend Timothy Lee, they met sophomore year and three have been tight knit friend group since.
Haehyo's friends are his safe space from his mom, she can be a lot sometimes. She constantly pesters him about grades and just schoolwork in general, and being the best at tennis since he's on the school tennis team. He and his mom are close and basically that's his bestie it's just when it comes to school she moms. He wouldn't have her any other way honestly. His mom taught him how to treat ladies, so he is a very smooth talker. They bond over their love for tv and playing games every friday. His dad works a lot so he and his mom often eat dinner together and talk about their day. His mom works a little she sells jewelry online, his mom wanted to sell jewelry when she younger and now that she lives comfortably she can do that. Haehyo is like her model and wears some of the jewelry to school to help his mom. He is the reason it's a little popular jewelry shop.
His dad is a workaholic, his dad was brought to believe if you can't provide for your family, give up. His dad works long hours, has business trips and something is always the problem so he never has time to be at home. His dad is always available for his birthday and the summer time, so he does the manly things with his dad. He plans to take over the business so his dad could enjoy life with his just like when they were younger. Haehyo loves his parents love story, he wants one just like it. His mom constantly talks about how obsessed his dad is with her. Haehyo thinks it's the cutest thing ever on family trips he feels like a third wheel and is proud to call them his parents. He suffers from separation anxiety a bit just because of how his mom shelters him but he's getting help for it but other than that he's a normal kid.
He's been in one relationship his whole life, he dated this girl Aera Song, they met in sixth grade and became friends and then he asked her out in seventh grade. They were low key perfect for each other, they rarely fought and if they did it was small and they made up immediately. Haehyo felt as though Aera was his soulmate, she got along great with his friends and family, everyone adored even his mom, she said Aera was like the daughter she always wanted. For 2 years they were going strong, she was his first kiss, first girlfriend and few of his first everything but that was short lived once ninth grade started, once Covid hit the two were inseparable, when the quarantine hit Aera was at his house so she had to stay there for two weeks. It was fun until Aera had to move away and Haehyo felt as though he was too attached to her cause when she left his house, he cried himself to sleep. He knew that was unhealthy so he broke up with her and later on found out Aera was texting other guys while they were together, so he believes he dodged a bullet with her. He was heartbroken but his mom cheered him so he was not sad for long.
His love life is not rocky at all girls want him all the time now, since liking Asians is on the rise and he had a mini glow up during quarantine, he became unstoppable but he does not pay any mind to the girls that want him because they either try to get with because of a fetish or they try to hit and quit and he doesn't want to look like an f boy so he steers clear. Lately though he's been feeling an all time low, he is ready for a relationship, his friends have girls they are talking to so he kind of feels left out.
He went to homecoming and prom with his friends by choice and danced with a few girls, but that was about it. He kind of wants to be with someone now and he just wants his senior to be a fun and exciting year.
