A'zuria and her friends were having their after school talk sesh in the car and was just discussing their day. Making fun of people and talking about how their teachers be being dumb.
"No cause I still can't get over Haehyo sitting by you like that's crazy" Amber brings up
A'zuria shys away and starts blushing, not believing that today either she shakes her head
"Right like never in a million years would I think he would do that, but i'm not getting my hopes too high we see how men disappoint me" A'zuria says
Her phone chimes and Haehyo's name pops up, he sent her a photo of him drinking a slurpee and asked her if she like slurpees.
She starts smiling and texts back she does and shuts off her phone and starts giggling and being silly and rocking the car, once she notices she stops and apologizes to her friends.
"Girl what are you back there doing, rocking the car and shit" Katelyn asked looking back at her.
"Hudson Rivers is the eighth cutest guy at my school" A'zuria sings and giggles(Dear Dumb Diary reference)
"Huh" Katelyn and Amber say to her.
"Haehyo texted me" A'zuria gushes, she was hopeless romantic and a bit obsessive, if a guy gave her an ounce of attention she would lose it.
Katelyn and Amber realized and understood, Amber decided she wanted to go walk around target with them.
"Let's walk around target, I'm bored and we have no homework yet" Amber says, the other girls agree and buckle up and head to target blasting music.
Little did A'zuria know that Haehyo was at that same target.
"We could try on bathing suits again that was fun" Amber says
"Babes it's time admit you have an addiction, it's a serious problem" Katelyn says.
"No i just don't have enough" Amber counters.
"I think you have a problem" A'zuria says agreeing with Katelyn.
"I wanna find more Hello Kitty stuff or a squishmallow" A'zuria says.
"We could also get Starbucks and walk around too and i'll sit in the basket" Amber says.
They all agree to the plan and park the car and walk into target, A'zuria prays she doesn't see anyone in here from school, that was her worse nightmare if she was being honest.
They get their Starbucks first and then get a basket and start their trip around Target. They start in the arts and birthday stuff section.
"Guys what should I do for my birthday" Katelyn ask her eighteenth approaching soon.
"What if I did like bluey themed or minecraft" Katelyn says going through the supplies finding minecraft and bluey.
"Did you still want a huge grad party?" A'zuria asked.
"I still do and like I want my eighteenth to be good too" Katelyn says.
"You got time and over time we could think of something" Amber comments and they all nod and agree.
Eventually they make their way to home area and come up with the idea to look at the stuff and plan their future apartment. They were having the time of their life and even though they were friends and could agree on multiple their taste in what they wanted their home to look like was completely different.
"Clear containers with labels" they all said at the same time.
"Okay i'm glad we agree on that" Amber says
"Right but that just seems right and keep it organized and like have our fridge organized a certain way" A'zuria says.
"Sounds like heaven" Katelyn agrees.
They had the idea that their fridge would look like those tiktok restock videos and so would their pantry, they liked order. They even agreed to have a rumba to keep their house tidy, their rooms would look atrocious but they would keep everything else clean because I think they would all have a mental breakdown if people saw that. Their rooms were their own to make believe decorate. They spent about two hours trying to decide on how they would set up their kitchen and eventually made it to the toy isle.
"Omg guys look it's a dinosaur towel wear thingy" A'zuria says as she puts it on.
"When he text you goodnight but you gotta go be trex spider-man"
She starts to pretend shoot web and her friends laugh at her silliness, they sat down on the beanbags and watched her antics.
"OMG we should do jurassic park the musical for our show this year" A'zuria says while laughing.
She starts to roar and do the t. rex arms and then break out into song and dance. Katelyn and Amber laugh at her but then their eyes widen as they see who's behind her.
Haehyo and his friends decided to hang out target since they were gonna have a weekend full sleepover and ride to school on Monday together. They got slushees from the slushee area and began their adventure around target they first walked over to the electronic area and started playing the Nintendo switch and beating each other at mario kart. Chase was losing bad and kept coming in last place.
"Look i'm not good at racing games I'm better a first person shooter games, y'all know that's my shit" Chase tries to agree and defend himself.
"Nah dude don't make excuses you just suck" Timothy says, making Haehyo laugh at Chase at his defense.
"What is it roast Chase day damn man" Chase says.
"Nah you just be stupid everyday" Haehyo says.
"Get off my dick bro" Chase says walking away to look at the iphones.
They follow him close behind and start taking photos in the iphones and playing games on the phones.
"Nah because I think we ignoring the elephant in the room, Haehyo got a girl now" Timothy says.
"Right like honestly after his ex, it looked he would never move on" Chase says.
"Look i thought Aera was the love of my life and we experienced so much together I thought she was the girl I would spend the rest of my life with honestly" Haehyo admits.
"Honestly I did too, she was nice to everyone and just overall a good girl" Chase adds.
"Let's move on, but yea I thought it was time to move on plus A'zuria is just perfect to me honestly, she's funny and shy and cute" Haehyo says.
"Not a lot of girls are like that, most be trying to hit and quit or think I wanna be their sneaky link, do I look like a man ho" Haehyo asks flabbergasted.
"Yes" Timothy says nonchalantly
"Like you look like the type to have all these crazy sex stories and this guy who just do all the craziest things" Timothy adds.
"It's the piercings and the way you dress, it's not a problem it's just what you look like but it's all good dude, you finally genuinely like someone" Chase says.
Haehyo nods thinking back to A'zuria and her smile, he sent a photo of him drinking a slurpee asking if she liked them as well. He smiled at her response and then him and his friends went to go look in the food section to look at some snacks for their movie night.
"Before we go we should look at the toy section and the board games" Timothy says
They agree and follow him to the toy section. As they're walking and make it to that section. They make it their and see Amber and Katelyn sitting. They also see someone standing up singing and dancing a one person show and chuckle a bit. Amber and Katelyn laughter dies down as they realize who is behind A'zuria.
"What's wrong you guys" A'zuria asks after she stop her show. She turns around and lifts up the dinosaur hoodie thing and sees Haehyo, Timothy and Chase.
"H-hey guys, what are you doing here" A'zuria says mentally cursing her from the embarrassment she just caused for herself. Haehyo laughs a little.
'She's cute' Haehyo thought.
"We were just checking out the toys, I didn't know we would get a show" Haehyo says.
She takes off the towel thing and puts it back on the shelf.
"This is really embarrassing" She mumbles under her breath.
"That was- I was just- Um well I was just trying to make my friends laugh and was doing a jurassic park the musical" A'zuria admits, trying to find the best excuse for what she was doing and stuttering over her words.
Mentally she was face palming herself and was ready to die of embarrassment, she couldn't believe today of all days she made a fool of herself in front of Haehyo.
"I'd like see this show some more sometime" Haehyo says.
"Oh no, see that was exclusive, you weren't even supposed to see that, only the real get to see it" A'zuria jokes.
"I thought I was a real one" Haehyo says walking up to her.
"You haven't earned that title yet" A'zuria says watching his steps.
"How do I earn that then" Haehyo asks moving her hair out her face and behind her ear.
"I don't know yet but i'll figure it out" A'zuria says trying to keep her confidence up.
"Alright when you figure it out let me know" Haehyo says.
He steps back and is about to bid his goodbye to her.
Amber and Katelyn look at each other with a look of shock on their face.
"Bet" A'zuria says.
"Let's hang out sometime tomorrow , if you aren't busy" Haehyo asked.
"Sure we can, maybe come up with a plan later on" A'zuria answers.
"Alrighty then later Zuri" Haehyo waves at her and her friends and they walk away.
A'zuria waves back and once they are out of their view, A'zuria let's out the breathe she had been holding since she turned around.
"YO WTF A'ZURIA THERES NO WAY THAT JUST HAPPENED" Amber yells in shock.
"Shut the hell up Amber he might hear us" A'zuria says shushing Amber.
"She's not wrong y'all dead ass flirted in our face as if y'all were the only ones here" Katelyn says.
"We weren't flirting, he's just friendly" A'zuria responds denienly any probability of Haehyo liking her back.
"Damn you sure don't need glasses cause that was straight up flirting" Amber says.
A'zuria shakes her head blowing them off, cause she genuinely doesn't want to get her hopes up just for her to get hurt in the end, she was just going with the motion of the ocean.
"Well while you continue to deny he obviously wants you, let's go look at the clothes" Amber says walking away from her slow friend.
