1 - Echoes of the soul
In the quiet of the night,
When the world is fast asleep,
I hear the echoes of my soul,
And the secrets that I keep.
They whisper to me softly,
Of the dreams I've left behind,
And the hopes that I've forgotten,
In the corners of my mind.
They tell me of the love I've lost,
And the pain that I've endured,
And the lessons that I've learned,
From the battles I've secured.
They remind me of the beauty,
That's hidden deep within,
And the strength that lies beneath,
The struggles that have been.
And as I listen to their voice,
I'm reminded of the truth,
That the echoes of the soul,
Are the whispers of my youth.
For they tell me of the journey,
That I've taken through this life,
And the moments that have shaped me,
Through the joy and through the strife.
So I'll keep on listening closely,
To the echoes of my soul,
And I'll let them guide me gently,
Towards the path that makes me whole.
