12 - Perfect.
The Perfect Idol, lived in a town of Imperfects. She was as said, Perfect.
She had the life people would dream of, as if luck was wrapped around her fingers. The fellow Imperfect Idols, as said were imperfect. Some had cracks, few had dull colours, few weren't shaped perfectly, some were not made with desired materials, etc, etc. Many Imperfect Idols envied the Perfect Idol, although few admired her and strived to be like her by putting in efforts but majority was the former.
She sure was the Perfect Idol, she wasn't cracked, had perfect colours, perfect design and shape and made out of the best materials; But, there was something nobody could see and she couldn't let them see either, partially because it's something they won't understand and partially because there is no cure for it. She was empty. Completely empty, she had nothing inside there, not at all. It wasn't really a problem for her, or probably it was? Or not? Nobody knows. The emptiness, arising from that very own perfection she was known for. Ofcourse she was perfect, she couldn't be thankful enough for being that way, she always had the brightest of bangles and shiniest of stars; but a question always stood before her "What's next?" Even if she chose to stay here in present and not think of the "What's next?" She still suffered from it, because it looked like there was no point to anything at all. And sometimes when she did try to be in present, doing her work, loving the other Idols around, feeling the sun's warmth, but the universe always made sure to plop her into sudden surprises that would intensify the emptiness sending her back at the start line. Now even if she tried anything, the question always lingered at the back of her head, because everything ends at a point, so what next?
