Sirius Orion Black III and Regulus Arcturus Black were two brothers from the same pure-blood Wizarding family. Both the brothers belonged to Noble House of Blacks, who were one of The Sacred Twenty-Eight. But, the lives they lived were vastly different. Their stories are heart- wrenching, filled with tragedy, betrayal, and redemption.
Sirius was born on 3rd November, 1959, and was the elder brother of Regulus, who was born on 25th June, 1961. Sirius belonged to the family of Blacks, who put pureblood lineage above everything else. However, the elder Black Heir was different. Being the only Black who was sorted into Gryffindor, Sirius was rebellious, fiercely independent and refused to live up to the expectations which were thrust up on him since birth. His refusal ultimately led to him being disowned by his own family. Her Mother, Walburga Black, who was a supporter of the Dark Arts and was a follower of Lord Voldemort, burnt off Sirius' name from the Black Family Tree.
