Stella's POV

"I heard you screaming, you okay?" Louis asked, letting himself into my dressing room while I braided my hair.

"What ever happened to 'if I knew you were my sister, I wouldn't let anyone bully you'?" I asked, smiling a little bit so he knew I was teasing.

"He was bullying you? I thought you guys were being chased by a murderer! In that case I better go kick him off the tour..." Louis replied. I laughed a little.

"He spit my ear. Disgusting ass. I've washed my ear like 35 times now." I replied.

"Ew." Louis grimaced. "But like, you're okay, right?"

"Yeah, I'm fine." I replied.

"I think it was pretty bad ass of you to fuck with him like that with the webs." He smirked.

"Me? Fuck with Leo? Neeeever." I said, sarcastically. "How could I have possibly known the web fluid was running low?"

"Whatever, super genius." He smirked, and then pushed my head a little.

"Stop, I'm fixing my hair." I complained.

"What, this hair?" He asked, starting to mess with the hair near where I was braiding.

"Louis!" I whined, then I let go of my braid to hit him. I would have to rebraid anyway since he started messing with it. He just laughed and sat on the counter while I started again.

"Have you heard from Ava today?" He wondered.

"No, have you?" I asked. He shook his head.

"I met this girl last night though. I think her name was Ana. Reminded me Ava, for sure."

"What's with you and meeting fans that remind you of us?" I smiled. He said he met a fan in Phoenix that reminded him of me too.

"I don't know, really. My fans just feel... different, I don't know. They don't just feel like fans."

"Okay, Louis, this isn't an interview where you have to preach about how your fans are your life."

"Nah, they're like... they're funny, they're interesting, they're genuine... I have no doubt they'd do anything for me, fucking standing in hail storms or floods or whatever..."

"Ew, don't jinx it."

"I'm really lucky, I think." He said.

"Yeah, you are." I nodded. I was lucky too. I had fans of my own that I was grateful for, though I admitted I didn't interact with them as much as Louis interacted with his, so maybe that's why they felt more distant. Maybe I'd go out to meet fans with Louis after the show tonight too.

"It's crazy but also not that crazy that I ended up with a fan." He said.

"I think it was meant to be." I replied.

"She should be here."

"I know she should, Lou, but she needs space." I replied. He sighed.

"It's just... at first I was like 'whatever, it's fine' but the longer she's gone the more I miss her and the more I think about what I should say to her to make her understand that I love her so much and..."

"But if me and her were in a burning building..." I trailed off.

"What about you? If she and I were in a burning building, who would you save first?" He asked.

"Honestly?" I asked, tying off my braid. "Her."

"Great, I gotta go jump off a cliff now." He said. I smiled a little.
