NDABEZITHA

|A PLACE IN HELL|

"Uhm, so excuse me. How long will I be here? I'm just asking really," I said. We'd been driving for about 10 minutes now, in suffocating silence after I blowed his gun. He'd calmly wiped it down with a handkerchief before placing it on his lap and proceeding to be on his phone. Sigh. "For the love of Christ would you please shut up, unless you want to go back and get killed," he said irritably and I sighed. "Are you always this uptight or did someone shove their dick so far down your throat it went into your ass," I said and he glared at me. Oh shit. "Speak to me again and I will throw you out the window," he said and something about his tone made me take him seriously. Dad, if you can hear me, I'm really sorry. Now I've gone and gotten myself kidnapped by a handsome stranger who's probably going to kill me. Well done Ndabezitha. The car stops and the man gets out of the car. How chivalrous of him. I get out as well and shiver as the cold air attacks my barely sheathed body. We've parked outside a dark, daunting mansion and there are burly looking men walking around with huge guns. "Bhungane," a man says approaching the car. The stranger with anger issues walks to the front of the car and shakes the new man's hand. "Mageba," this Bhungane guy says. "What happened?" Mageba asked. "An idiot who doesn't value his life did," Bhungane responds. They start walking towards the house, completely ignoring me. "Get me the CCTV footage from that dingy establishment," Bhungane said, rude much. "And for Christ's sake, someone get miss verbal diarrhea here some proper clothes and one of the rooms upstairs," he continued. Great.

"So what have we got?" I asked as I walked into my office. "The cameras conveniently glitched, five minutes before the shooting started and it was too chaotic afterwards to find anything," my tech guy - or rather girl- Nala said. "Can't you do that thing that picks out people's faces?" Mhlangani asked. "You mean facial recognition? My software's not advanced enough to pick out faces out of a stampeding crowd, Mageba," Nala replied. "So I pay you guys for nothing," I said and I sighed. "I've got my guys on the street trying to find out as much as they can," Ngcobo said walking in. "Someone tried to kill me, Ngcobo. I want to know whose head is joining my collection and I want to know now," I said. "What about the girl?" he asked. "What girl?" I asked. "The one from the club apparently she just won't shut up," Ngcobo said. So I've noticed. "Bhungane brought a girl here?" Nala asked, her interest piqued. "It's nothing of the sort, she was with me when the whole thing went down. Plus she's a bit of a stupid one, I couldn't let her die because of me," I explained. "Ooh, Bhungane's in looove," Nala cooed. "Nala," I warned but she was already running out the door. La ngimbamba khona. "Seriously Bhungane what do you intend to do to her?" Mhlangani asked and I thought back to the mentally depraved woman basically giving my gun a blowjob. "Right now, I'm only interested in finding the suicidal fool who wants me dead. Just make sure she doesn't do anything stupid and get her whatever she wants. Anything to shut her up," I said as I also remember how mind grating she could be. I hope mentally deranged women with verbal diarrhea have a special place in hell.
