HM POV

Humne yeh job le toh li hai par, Santosh Sharma ko handle karna aasan nai hai. Kitni ziddi hai woh. Ek baar dhang se baat bhi nai kar sakti. Itna arrogance!
Huh! Shayad kam umra mai fame mil gaya isliye itni rude hai. Luck hai, toh sab hai.

Haseena was ranting all her thoughts when her phone starts vibrating, she picks up the call.

HM- Good Morning Ammi. Nashta kar liya aapne?

AMmi- Haan Kar liya, tum batao, kaisa chal raha hai tumhara pehla din?

HM- Waahiyat!

AMmi- Kyu kya hua Haseena?

HM- Ammi aapko yaad hai hum pehle kehte the, jo dikhta hai aksar waisa hota nai hai.

AMmi- Haan toh?

HM- Aapke zid pe humne aapki pasandida actress ki PA Banna Maan liya, par ab yeh humare upar bhaari padh Raha hai.

AMmi- Le, tum itni si baat se pareshan ho. Kaam ke pehle din toh sabko bhaari lagta hai naa. Aur waise Bhavika hai kitni pyaari, sabki sunti hai, sabka khyaal rakhti hai, tab bhi uske Ghar walo ko Zara sa pyaar nai aata bacchi pe.

HM- Ammi, aapki Bhavika on screen serial mai itni achi hai, idhar jo Santosh Sharma hai woh utni hi opposite hai jitni aapki Anupama ki dusri behen Bhavika hai.

AMmi- Haseena, tum kya jaano, kitna dard jhelte hai woh dono.

HM- Ji Ammi. Puri duniya ka dukh unhi ke zindagi Mai likha hai naa?

AMmi- Acha Haseena...

HM- Haan?

AMmi- Karishma ka call aaya tha... Woh keh rahi...

HM- Ammi humne aapse mana Kiya tha naa Thane se kisi ka bhi call uthane ke liye. Aapne baat tak Karli. Please hume nai Janna unhe kya kehna hai, karna hai, unke paas jab waqt tha tab unhone kuch nai Kiya. Par hume koi zarurat nai hai kisi ki bhi.
Hum rakhte hai. 

Haseena speaks in rage, yet politely.

AMmi- Acha baba maaf Karo hume. Nai uthayenge unka phone. Acha suno, Bhavika se humari baat karana mat bhulna.

HM- Ufff.... Ammi hume yaad aaya, Nusrat ka call aaya tha aapke liye aap usse baat kijiye. Hum rakhte hai.

Haseena excuses herself and cuts the call without letting Ammi interfere again.

SS POV-

10 baje meeting laga kar mujhe 8 baje utha diya, aur ab dekho, Miss... Whatever khud gayab hai. Aise toh denge haak (show off) kar rahi thi timing and discipline ka, aur ab?
I really don't understand iski problem kya hai, aatey hi yeh khadoos giri dikhne lagi.
Maine aaj tak jitne PAs dekhe hai woh kitne ache hote hai aur yeh.
Dekhti hai toh Aisa lagta hai abhi hume kacha chaba jaayengi.
Jaise mai primary class mai ek bachi hu. Jisse two ka table nai aata.

One sec Santu.... Are you scared of her?
No way, I just don't like that attitude. Boss mai hun ki woh?
Are you sure?
Bas thoda sa dar lagta hai. Bas thoda sa.

Khair hai kahan woh?

Santosh was ranting infront of her Mirror doing her skin care routine, when someone knocks on the door.

SS- Come In.

Despite her inner turmoil, Haseena maintained a stoic composure as she reluctantly faced her boss that is Santosh. The emotionless mask she wore concealed her true feelings, shielding her from revealing the extent of her disinterest and aversion to this encounter. Her eyes, normally filled with warmth and liveliness, now seemed distant and detached, fixating on a point in the distance rather than making direct eye contact.

As she stood before her boss, her body language betrayed a subtle tension. Shoulders squared, spine straightened, she exuded an air of professionalism that belied her true emotions. Her hands, normally expressive in their gestures, remained folded neatly in front of her, avoiding any unnecessary movement that might betray her unease.

SS- Toh Miss PA, what is my schedule for today?

HM- Abhi 10 Baje office mai Mr. Rattani ke saath meeting hai, they want you to do a special appearance in their upcoming film.

SS- Okay Next?

HM- There is one more meeting after this, which would be at afternoon.

SS- But you know I have a shoot today.

HM- That's why, you will have plenty  time in the afternoon. And the meeting will be conducted online, so you don't need to go anywhere.

SS- Fine.

HM- I am waiting downstairs.

SS- Sure.

Though her boss attempted to engage in conversation, the woman responded with brief, concise answers, her tone devoid of enthusiasm or interest. Each word was carefully measured, delivered in a neutral tone that provided little room for further discussion. Her avoidance of eye contact and limited verbal responses served as subtle cues to indicate her lack of desire to prolong the conversation.

Internally, she battled against her mounting frustration, yearning for the encounter to end swiftly. Her mind wandered to the tasks she could be attending to instead, longing for the sanctuary of her own workspace where she could be free from this unwelcome interaction.

Despite her internal resistance, the woman's professionalism compelled her to maintain a façade of calm and indifference. Though her face remained emotionless, beneath the surface, a whirlwind of emotions churned—a mixture of annoyance, weariness, and the silent plea for this encounter to reach its conclusion.

In this way, the woman skillfully navigated the encounter, keeping her true emotions at bay, while fulfilling her role as a dedicated personal assistant. She leaves the room, to avoid any more interactions with a deep sigh as she closed the door.

HM- Haseena you have to focus and face it. Woh itni bhi buri nai hai. Hum jaante hi kahan hai unhe. Bas do char interaction se you can't avoid her. She is your boss now. You have to obey her. I know I can do it. I have to.

While waiting downstairs, Haseena chats with other members of the mansion's staff. While speaking with Haseena, everyone's faces were comforted and smiled.

Santosh descends the stairs while sporting a formal outfit of a white shirt, blue blazer, black sunglasses and formal trousers. Near her elbow on her right arm, she has a purse hanging there.

SS- I don't have time to waste Miss... Whatever. Please come fast.

She says in hurry while walking outside the mansion, heading to her car.

HM- Says the one, who actually took bath at 9:30 when the meeting is scheduled at 10. Huh!

Haseena whispers, following her boss.
