Chapter 22: The Dinner

Sadie slowly goes to open her eyes when her six AM alarm goes off, her sighing out a little bit before going to grab her phone and dismiss the alarm.

Sadie slowly raises up from the bed, her hair being disheveled, her going to put her feet on the soft carpet. She goes to strip herself down of her nightclothes before going to the bathroom and turning the shower water to be all the way hot, her going to get in the shower.

She normally wakes up at seven to get ready but she purposely set an alarm an hour early that she way she can spend longer in the shower, knowing she is going to need it before starting her day to calm her racing thoughts. After the whole make out session that her and Caleb had against the wall last night her mind has just been completely all over the place, and she hates it because whenever her mind is everywhere and she feels so torn and so many emotions at the same time she cries.

She hates it, when she is angry she cries, and definitely when she is sad she cries. And now since she feels this torn feeling, this feeling of tug o war with her own heart and head she cried last night. She hugs herself a little while she is in the shower, her at least feeling a little bit more calm.

She goes to wash her hair first before shaving where she needs to, using her scrubs and different shower products before going to bathe herself and rinse her hair, making her way out of the shower after she is done. She moisturizes and goes to put on some simple sweats and a sweatshirt, putting her hair up in a high ponytail after moisturizing it and blow drying it and combing it out.

She brushes her teeth and washes her face, using her different skincare products before she looks at herself in the mirror, her lightly going to rub her face a little bit. After a minute she makes her way out of the bathroom, her grabbing her AirPods and her phone before she makes her way out of the hotel room.

She looks besides her when Caleb's hotel room door opens, him making his way out of his hotel room while wearing some sweats and a hoodie, him slowly closing the door behind him while looking at him. The night was rough for him too, him honestly having to take three cold showers then just a warm one thereafter to relax himself more before he went onto sleep.

"Hey." Sadie softly smiles at him.

Caleb smiles back at her while his hands go in his pockets. "Hey."

Jenna and Millie go to make their way out of their rooms, them going to the elevator then to the car, Caleb driving as usual and Sadie in the passenger seat while Jenna and Millie are in the back, Caleb beginning to drive.

Jenna and Millie slowly look at each other while Sadie and Caleb just stare ahead of them at the road, Sadie lightly playing with her AirPods in her hands. "I presume...we are all quiet because we are all tired?" Millie breaks the silence.

"Yeah." Sadie nods.

"Yeah, long night." Caleb adds in.

Millie and Jenna both look at each other, Millie raising her eyebrows lightly at Jenna with wide eyes and Jenna just shrugging her shoulders with wide eyes as well, Millie motioning towards Sadie and Caleb with her head while looking at Jenna, Jenna nodding before she looks between them. "So you know we didn't post the video of you both dancing because...we all know how the world would react."

"Right." Caleb nods while lightly rubbing his face a little, Sadie playing more with her AirPods while looking down.

"Unless you guys want us to." Millie adds in.

"No." Sadie immediately says, Caleb looking over at her. "No let's just...let's not. People are just going to...go crazy for things that....aren't true." She lightly says.

Caleb stares at her for a moment before he looks back ahead of him at the road, him leaning his arm on the car door while his other hand is on the wheel.
