Separation

After your album's huge success, your company arranged a tour for your fans. The tour will last for about 2 months.

After hearing about it, the only thing you can think of is Joshua, how will he react if you told him. You two have not hang out that much during your album's release due to the promotions. Therefore, you feel hurt knowing that you and Joshua cannot meet for another 2 months.

That night, you meet up with Joshua to tell him about the tour.

Joshua: y/n!

You: Oh Joshua, you're here.

Joshua: I ran straight from practice!

You stayed silent, you didn't know how to tell him about the news. You knew it would hurt him as well.

Joshua notices you were quiet and in thought.

Joshua: What do you want to tell me? That face shows you want to tell me something.

You: What? How did you know?

Joshua: I'm very observant.

Joshua then sits closer to you, holds your hands and says,

Joshua: I'm all ears y/n. Say what you want to say.

You: Actually... I'm going... I...

Joshua pecks you on the lips and says,

Joshua: You don't have to say it if you don't want to y/n.

You were touched but you knew, you can't keep hiding it forever.

You: I'm going on a tour Joshua, it's going to be 2 months.

After you said it, there was silence in the room. Joshua didn't say anything. He looked at you and gave you a long hug.

You: Aren't you sad?

Joshua: I'm devastated. However, it is normal for idols to have to go on tours. I hope you don't worry about something like this anymore, just tell me comfortably next time.

You both hug for a very long time.

Joshua: Let's go on many many dates. Do things that we want to do before you go.

You: Alright, let's do that!

You both pull out of the hug and Joshua pats your head.

Joshua: Two months will pass in the blink of an eye. In the meantime, we can keep calling each other and texting each other.

You started crying a little, tears falling down your cheeks.

Joshua notices and wipes your tears.

While he was wiping your tears, you could tell, Joshua was holding in his tears too.
