5 more days until your wedding day.

Today you and Joshua went to pick out a wedding ring for him, or as the people these days like to call it, matching rings or couple rings.

You both arrive and a famous shop. The seller took out multiple diamond and gold rings for you both to pick.

Joshua: Jagiya. Which one do you like?

You: Uhm. I don't know... They're all so pretty.

Joshua: Should we get them all?

You: No no. 

Joshua: How about this one? It is simple and it matches with the one I got you.

You: Heh. It is pretty nice! It's your choice.

Joshua: I love it. Ma'am, we'd like to get this.

Seller: Yes sir.

The seller takes out the ring and gives it to Joshua for him to try it on.

Joshua: It fits perfectly and it looks amazing. 

You: I think this is the one!

Joshua: Can I pay now?

Seller: Yes, right this way.

When Joshua was about the pay for the ring with his card, you swiped you card instead.

Joshua: Jagiya! Why did you pay?

You: You bought me my ring, of course I should pay for yours.

Joshua: You didn't have to. Thank you jagiya.

You: It's nothing, let's go.

Joshua pulls you in for a small kiss and then holds your hand while you both exit the shop.

When you both were walking back home, Joshua couldn't stop staring at the ring.

You: Do you like it that much?

Joshua: I love it. It's from you. And I love the fact we have matching rings!

You: Enjoy it all you want.

When you both were almost home, Joshua got a call from Scoups.

Scoups: Hey, where are you?

Joshua: I'm with y/n. We're walking home. Why?

Scoups: Come here now! There were some problems with the MV. We're reshooting it tomorrow so we are having some practices. Didn't you read the messages we sent?

Joshua: Suddenly?! Can't they reshoot it later.

Scoups: Hey! Then there won't be enough time to edit it, fix it and also the MV venue is booked every other day.

Joshua: Oh fine...

Scoups: You better hurry here.

Joshua: I'll be there in 10 minutes.

After hanging up, you ask Joshua,

You: What's wrong?

Joshua: There were some problems with the MV we shot. We need to reshoot it tomorrow that's why they are having practices now. I need to go too.

You: Oh, hurry then! I'll go home myself.

Joshua: It's okay, I'll go after I bring you.

You: No! Go hurry!

Joshua: Okay... Bye!

You: Bye!

When Joshua arrived, everyone asked why he was late.

He acted a bit by putting his left hand over his face.

Hoshi: Oh!

Mingyu: A ring!

Dino: Wow! Hyung, congrats.

Joshua: y/n got it for me.

Jeonghan: It's nice.

While everyone was surrounding him asking about his ring, Scoups came over.

Scoups: Hey! Did everyone forgot the emergency or do I need to remind you!? Practice. Now.

Wonwoo: Sorry.

Everyone then got to practicing.

It was late at night, 11 pm. You are staring at your phone, waiting for Joshua's call.

You decided to stop waiting thinking Joshua must be practicing until late at night. 

Around 1am, Joshua came home, he went to bed and saw y/n sleeping. He gave her a kiss on the forehead and went to sleep.

The next morning, when you got up, you noticed no one was there, it was 9 am. You got up and went to shower and change. 

You went to the dining table and saw a sticky note on the table. It was written by Joshua.

Good morning jagiya~

The MV shoot starts at 8 am so I have to go out early.

I cooked kimchi fried rice for you, you can heat it up when you want to eat it.

Sorry for coming home late yesterday... I might have to come home late today too...

I promise I will cook you a luxurious meal tomorrow.

You were touched reading his message. To be honest, as an idol, you knew how hard and busy it is some times, that's why you didn't really mind Joshua coming home late and going out early.

During the MV shoot,

Staff: Joshua please remove your ring during the shoot.

Joshua: Huh...

He says while slowly removing his ring.

Seungkwan: Joshua looks like he is about to cry.

Vernon: It's funny but sad at the same time.

Joshua then stares at his rings and smiles brightly.

Vernon: What the? Does he have multiple personalities? He was sad now he is happy.

Joshua: It's just... Staring at this ring that symbolizes me and y/n's love makes me so happy.

Seungkwan: Yes yes, you must be so happy.

Joshua: To think of our future together, I can't be happier.
