days had passed and i hadn't got out of bed, fortunately it was the day of the  finals dinner so i had to get dressed up and get myself out this state. dinner was at 7pm so i rested until 3pm and began to get ready, i got up showered and blow dried my hair. i texted phil to find out where he was as he wasn't around all day i got worried.

i sighed he'd been werid with me recently but i was probably overthinking, i continued to get dressed, i done my makeup and hair and sat around on my phone answering work emails etc. Phil finally came home and gave me the biggest hug.

Phil's pov

The past few days had been horrible seeing Y/n like this, i wanted to help her i didn't know how. i had just been getting up going to training and come back to her sleeping all day. it's lonely and i miss her so much, i couldn't wait for tonight to see her all gorgeous but i wanted to do something to show her how proud i was. it was the day of the finals dinner so my surprise would have to wait until tomorrow, i went onto her family's facebook and searched for a picture of her and her grandpa and printed it out. i went to the town and picked a necklace with a locket and got them to put the picture in it for her to keep forever. i then went and got her chocolate, i hid it in jacks room just until i could give her it. i knew she'd cry when she received it and i didn't want to ruin her night. i came home and i greeted her with the biggest hug. We both got dressed and ended to the dinner, no one knew yet that me and Y/n were official so we couldn't wait to surprise the boys. y/n wanted to make her big entrance so i went in alone. i found declan and lauren standing by the bar so i wondered over "hiya mate you not got a plus one?" declan asked, "nah mate not got anyone to bring with me" i lied. Lauren looked up from her phone "what about Y/n i thought there was something going on with yous?" she laughed, "nah nothing with us at all strong friendship but she's seeing someone from back in high school i've heard" i lied. Declan's face dropped "WHAT!? and she hasn't told me" he exclaimed, "i'm not sure i seen a name on her phone ryan? i think it was" i lied again. i left and sat down counting down the minutes Y/n arrived.

Y/ns pov
I was minutes away from making my entrance, millie was already there so i just had to wait til perfect timing, i was going to go in just as dinner was getting served. Millie texted to say it was time to come in, i opened the door and announced "yous really think i'd miss my boyfriends dinner" and walked over and kissed phil on the cheek. Everyone was happy and confused, they all knew we'd eventually get together but didn't think it would be this soon they all cheered for us. i sat down beside phil and we ate dinner, the group laughed and congratulated us. after dinner we danced and the boys had their speeches, phil's almost made me cry. "i'm so incredibly grateful to be in this situation and i wouldn't be where i am today without the unconditional love and support my beautiful girlfriend has shown me over the years, she's gave me the courage to try and pushed me to get here today, so a big thank you on behalf of Y/n!" he said grinning, "to Y/n and phil" everyone exclaimed raising their glass. As the night went on i felt really tired o told phil and we went back to the hotel, phil took off my jewellery and dressed and we cuddled together until i drifted off.
