Innocent Love

Chapter 6

"Goooo Jimin!!!",Lisa yelled. Jennie rolled her eyes as her and Lisa found themselves at Taehyung's basketball game which she had been blackmailed into attending. "I'm going to get a snack",Jennie said getting up from her seat. Lisa continued cheering for Jimin and earned herself some weird stares from other people watching.

"Can't believe he blackmailed me",Jennie mumbled to herself as she headed back to her seat. She was met with a surprise when Lisa had a worried look on her face, Jennie looked to the court and saw Taehyung being carried off with the help of his other two teammates. For some reason Jennie felt her heart beat faster, the only thing she could think of was to hurry to his locker room.

Once the teammates had left she went to check on Taehyung who laid down with a towel covering his eyes, Jennie couldn't help to admire his impressive visuals from his chiseled jawline to his perfect lips. "Are you ok?",she said her voice thin. Taehyung sat up and removed the towel meeting her gaze with a scowl, Jennie felt a bit of tension building up between them. "How'd you get hurt?",she asked breaking the silence. "I was looking for someone in the audience who was suppose to be cheering for me",he said coldly.

Jennie let out a small gasp as she realized that he actually wanted her support, he turned around and sat with his back to her letting a sigh out. "Forget it, I was stupid to think you'd care",he said with disappoinment. "I'm sorry I didn't know you actually needed my support. I mean the whole academy's behind you",she said. "Yes, but I didn't invite the whole academy I invited you",he said still with his back to her. "Well, why do I matter?",she said walking closer. "Just thought you were different", Taehyung said. He soon felt her hands ruffling his wet hair with the towel, he let a small smile out as he caught a glimpse of her. "I'm sorry, I didn't know it meant that much to you",she said feeling guilty. "It's ok, you can leave if you want to",he said shrugging. "No I want to stay with you if you can still play?",she said kneeling down by him. "I didn't know, I'm hurt pretty bad Jennie",he said. "So you're chicken?",she said walking away.

He pulled her back resulting in her falling into his lap as he held her close, Jennie was stunned, however Taehyung was as cool as a cucumber as he moved a strand of hair away from her face. "I'm not afraid of anything little mis",he said looking into her eyes.

"Yah go play then!",she said scurrying off his lap. He let out a silent chuckle and gave her one last look as he headed back to his game.

Through out the game Jennie watched Taehyung closely and cheered loudly when he made a basket, she also earned herself some weird stares from other people as well as Lisa who had stopped cheering for Jimin since she hurt her throat the first 30 minutes of the game. Lisa couldn't help, but giggle at her cousin's high pitched voice shouting.

After the boys had won the game both Jennie and Lisa were met with two big hugs from them. "I have something to ask you", Taehyung said as he took Jennie one side...
