Innocent Love

Chapter 10

Jennie was in rehearsal after  five days of pure romance, however things were starting to take a turn for the worst when she overheard Irene talking to one of her friends.

"Yes that guy who was with Jennie...V yeah he messaged me last night after I slipped him my number, but I haven't seen it yet".

"I can't believe this!",Jennie said pacing up and down. "Unnie calm down, let's think calmly and rationally",Lisa said. Just then V came in all smiles with Jimin, however as soon as he saw Jennie's face his smile vanished like it had no business being there in the first place. "You're such a cheat",she said as the tears welemed up in her eyes. "Jen!",V said as she stormed off.

"Yah you deserve that!",Lisa said hitting him. "Ouch! What are you talking about?",V asked clutching his arm. Lisa explained the situation to V and Jimin, V quickly tried to catch Jennie before she left. V saw that her car was gone and knew she went home, he decided to check at her house to see if she was home. He knocked on the door but there was no answer, he called her name but the only answer was from the neighbors complaining about the noise. He then remembered that Lisa had said they keep a spare key under the rock.

He quickly headed upstairs to Jennie's room, as he entered her room he saw her sitting on the floor clutching her knees as she had  broken down in tears. He cautiously stepped inside and kneeled beside her, "Hey let me explain",he said gently.

"I don't want to hear it! I'm broken because because I believed you !",she sobbed. "Well, I'm not letting you stay broken. Listen  the message I sent Irene was nothing, I told her I was in love with someone else and I wasn't interested",V said hopeful.

"Really?",she asked. "Yes really I want to be with you",he said. "Prove it",she said through the tears. V looked at her eyes at saw nothing but the  innocence of  someone who had been hurt a little too many times. His eyes soon trailed down to her lips, he gently cupped  her cheeks and placed his lips upon hers. Jennie was stunned, but soon relaxed into the kissed, she wrapped her hands around his neck as it soon turned intense. V's hands took hold of her waist with one traveling up to the zip of her top, Jennie stopped his hand and gave him a sneaky smile as he flashed her his badboy smirk. "Not yet",she said. "Sorry got a little carried away",he said fixing his appearance. "It's ok I did too and I'm sorry for freaking out on you",she said making a quivering lip.

"I'm just glad you forgave me, plus I would go crazy too if my girlfriend texted another guy",he said swiftly. "Girlfriend?",she said. "Well, aren't you?",V asked. "Maybe or maybe not?",she said shrugging. "Ok,well then I'll just message Ire--"

He was cut off as she pulled him into a another kiss, "Message her and that's the last kiss you're girlfriend's ever going to give you". "Ani Ani uh um Irene who?",he said deleting her number from his phone permanently.
