Anyway, welcome to the Jungkook Showdown, an awards book for Jungkook fanfic.

As implied by the title, only Jungkook fanfics are allowed for this book. Please read all the rules and requirements before applying. You will not be accepted unless all requirements have been met.

Rules:

- No disrespect toward any participant or me

- I am the only judge to keep it fair for everyone; I am very transparent about what I judge based on, which I hope will keep it fair

- Do not attempt to bribe me... trust me, unless you're offering me a free ticket to Park Jimin, it's not gonna work

- If you have an issue with another participant or they are problematic, please message me privately about the issue

- Jungkook fanfics only; even if you are not a Jungkook-specific ff writer, that's fine. Anyone is allowed as long as the fanfic is for Jungkook

- No plagiarism is allowed. I have had my work stolen and submitted to contests without my knowledge or consent. Someone stole my brain baby and used it to win awards, which disgusted me. I will be thoroughly searching your story on Wattpad, ao3, Quotev, and other various fanfic websites to ensure you are the author of your work. If you have any concerns about this, leave an inline comment here saying which website(s) you write on.

- If you do not win, please feel free to reach out to me. I will tell you my thoughts on your story to help you improve and I will thoroughly (but not rudely; I don't believe in harsh feedback) explain to you why you didn't make the top spot. The goal of my awards is to help authors, not shun them. Please reach out if you want to know my thoughts!

- If you participated in my Eclipse Awards contest and won 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in the Jungkook category, you cannot submit your award-winning book to this contest. However, you can submit other books. If you did not win in the Jungkook category, then you can resubmit the story you submitted before, if you'd like.

- I do interviews/reviews for writers, but I also have interviews/reviews as a prize for the winners. If you submit to this contest, you cannot submit to my interview and/or review books until after the contest is over. Also keep in mind that the interview/review prize will be different than the casual interviews/reviews I conduct on a regular basis; the prize winners will get more questions, more detail, more pictures/formatting/aesthetics, etc.

- Rules about the stories and what stories are accepted will be in the "forms" chapter. Please check that chap before asking any questions about the stories.

- Please comment here if you have any questions about the above rules.

Requirements:

- A permanent follow. Unfollowing will result in blacklisting, even after the contest is over. You will be blocked and posted on a public blacklist, which will let other award contests know you do not follow rules. With that being said, you can follow from a backup account, just say here which account it is.

- Post this awards book on your message board and announce it to followers

- Add to your reading list, public or private, so you know when the winners are announced + if there are any changes to the rules. This isn't to advertise the book, this is so you know when winners are announced, so I strongly recommend putting this on a private or public list of yours.
