It's Shane's trial day .
I'm nervous. Hank said he would pick me up and low and behold Hank and al pulled up . I walked out trying to get on my blazer with a lot of difficulty due to the cast
"Need help" Hank said with a smirk .
"Fuck it" I said I threw the blazer in my room at Hanks and said "just a top is good"
They both laughed . We got on Hanks car and pulled up to the court house. The media was outside . Hank looked back at me and I couldn't help but panic. He pulled off fast and asked me"are u good"
I calmed down and said ",yea let's go in thru the drunk tank " that was down stairs in the sheriff and Magistrate office. Hank hid his SUV and we walked in.
I still couldn't do steps so Hank and all had to help me. When we got to the entrance of the court house we took the elevator and we're ushered in the court room. They brought Shane in and he looked pissed
He made eye contact with me and grinned. I was horrified and Hank saw it to. He got on front of me and escorted me to my seat. As we listened to the prosecutor and his attorney argue it was time
Hank was called and he went to the stand. I wasn't gunna testify I can't . Shane would find a way to kill me.

*"Sargent voight .... Sir how do u know the defendants wife"
"She's one of my detectives. " He answered
*"So she's a coworker" the defence asked
"Yes she's one of my employees. "
*"So you and her are not in s sexual relationship?"
Hank was taken aback "no we are not . Sarah is like a daughter to me. "

"Sargent she's a Sargent" Hank interrupted

*"So y were u visiting Sargent Walsh after 11 pm and the night of june 1st."
"She called my phone. There was no response and that morning I noticed bruises on her arms. I had a bad feeling so I called my coworker and we went to check on her"Hank answered
