"Ok we have a busy day today. Officer Walsh you are requesting a divorce ,sole custody,and a restraining order along with a name change ? "The judge asked me
"Yesur honor" my attorney answered
"Mr Davis what is the objection to officer Walshs requests?" The judge asked his lawyer
"The objection your honor is officer Walsh took the child and left Chicago . She did not inform Mr Walsh of anything and he has not seen or spoken to young Ethan since may of last year. "
"Is the true Mr barba" the judge asked my attorney
"Yes your honor Mr Walsh is currently in jail for assault of a female and said female is officer Walsh. I have photos of the injuries inflicted by Mr Walsh . Along with statements about Ethan made my Mr Walsh about Ethan's special needs and his tablet he needs TO communicate . We have 2 witnesses here that can confirm what happened the night of the attack. "
"Where has your client moved" barba was going to speak but I grabbed his arm and whispered "no"
"Your honor for my clients safety she is not comfortable giving that information in front of Mr Walsh. "

The day was filled with Hank,and al testifying and showing photos of my injuries along with texts from Shane about Ethan and his tablet calling him restarted.
Shane testified
"Mr Walsh what happened the night your wife was attacked."
"I had cought her with her boss and when I confronted her she attacked me. I used the bat to disable her"
I couldn't believe my ears.
My attorneys turn came.
"Mr Walsh did u just say u used the bat to disable her? "

"Did u not testify 1 year ago that u never touched her?" Barba asked
"I don't recall" Shane said glaring at me
"Ur honor I'd like to submit typed memorandums from Mr walshs criminal conviction day. "
The judge and Shane attorney both saw it and Shane's face dropped
At the end of the day the judge finally had his answer.
"I am granting officer walshs petition for divorce and custody but I will be adding a termination of rights so Mr Walsh this child is no longer yours. "
I smiled and looked to see Hank and Dom both smiling
"I'm also granting a 10 year restraining order for officer Walsh and Ethan Walsh. "
"NO THE FUCK U Ain't TAKIN MY BOY WHORE! HELL NO" Shane started screaming
"GET HIM OUT OF HERE" The judge yelled and as Shane was dragged out the judge turned to us.
"Ok officer Walsh I am also goin to grant your petition for a name change to Sarah voight. "

We all left and I was all smiles "u hungry kid" dad asked

Mary met us at the diner and as I walked in and sat I looked at my family . Dom was all smiles as he and Ethan talked dad kept looking at me.

We all enjoyed ourselves as the waitress came out

The waitress handed Ethan his cakes and Ethan's eyes got big

as he smiled and licked his lips. We all laughed as my baby devoured his food as we all. Did.
"Me and Dom went back to the court house to get my paper work and as it was handed to me the clerk asked . Can I have an address it will be blocked on the restraining order. " I smiled and gave them my address in la.
I walked out and felt the biggest since of relief. We dropped Al back off and all rode back to dads. Ethan was passed out so Dom walked him upstairs.
"He's good with him" dad said as we enjoyed a beer
"Yea IV never seen him take to someone so quick" "I love em dad"
"I can tell glad ur happy" dad hugged me and Dom came back down he wrapped his arms around my waist and we all just chatted for hours
" So I'm officially a voight huh?" I laughed as dad said "yep and now if u marry Blondie here ull still have the voight name" he smirked .
Dom kissed my head as it got late so we all went to bed .
