the next day

Sarah pov

The next morning I woke up alone. I got out of bed as my alarm went off and I dressed my self . I walked out as I saw Dom and street on the back deck. I went to approach but heard

"U have fun last night" street asked

"Hell yeah man " "loved it" Dom said I smiled as street said

"Don't get attached man if she's just another ana"

'who's ana' I thought

"It's not Ana's gone man. " Dom said

"And is Sarah anything to u" street asked

"Were friends man " Dom said making my heart shatter

"Didn't sound like friends last night" street said

"She wants to go slow but last night was amazing"

"So last night was just friends banging" street asked with a smirk

"Until Sarah wants more yea"

My heart broke . I walked back to Dom's room packed my stuff and walked out the front door.

I walked about 2 blocks and hailed a cab . I always hated cabs but if I was nothing but a fick Dom can kiss my ass. Im done with men like that.

I got to work and I checked my phone and had 5 missed calls and several messages from Dom

Dom: where'd u go

Dom : why'd u leave

Dom : did I do something wrong

Dom: Sarah please tell me your ok

Dom : Sarah please

I walked into work without responding and immediately got to work. Street walked in and stoped me.

"Lucas goin crazy looking for you" he seethed "u just took off"

"Officer street remove your hand from my arm" I said
He did and I continued "if he wants just a fuck he can get a hooker" "I don't like being used"

Streets eyes got big and I walked off. We had a mission come up and Dom finally walked in. "Nice of you to join us officer Luca"

Dom scanned the room finally landing on me but I didn't make eye contact.

We finished our mission and we're dressing out as Cris and deacon left the locker room. I wa sgrabbed by a familiar hand.

"Will u please telle what I did" he pleaded

"If u wanted a quick fuck there's numbers u can call ."
I said as I walked out.

I went to walk down the street to go home and Dom pulled up next to me. "Sarah please I didn't mean it like that"

"Then how the hell did u mean it?" "It sure sounded like u were saying last night we were just friends and I don't fuck just friends so it ment nothing" I started walking again

"Sarah please" he started but I cut him off

"No ..... This is y I wouldn't go out with u I didn't wanna be used again but same as always I end up hurt. Last night ment the world to me ! I finally was able to sleep without nightmares but no. It didn't mean shit to u so fuck off! " I screamed as I walked away

I made it home and just cried

After a few hours my phone pinged

Dad: hey kid u good

Dom : baby please u mean everything to me .

Dom: Sarah please

Dom: I didn't mean it like that I didn't wanna push u into anything

I texted dad I'm good just busy then responded to Dom.

Me: I was finally happy last night. Six months ago my dad found me on the floor of my house covered in blood nearly dead. I finally was able to feel something  last night besides my own head. I didn't want anything but a friend until u said what u did at the beach. I was falling for u to but hearing u say we're just friends hurt worse than anything Shane ever did. I wanted to be "your girl" as u called me but then u told street we were just friends and laughed. I wanted more but I don't sleep around. IV been called a whore everyday for 12 years I guess last night confirmed it. I don't sleep with friend so I guess we're done. Don't contact me unless it's about work officer Luca.

After hitting send I simply went to bed.

Dom pov

I really fucked up. The one good thing I had and I fucked it up joking with street . I'll give her space but I'll love ... Love? Yeah I love her.

As I fell asleep that night I couldn't settle . I felt my bed cold as it was empty.

I found Sarah's charm bracelet and said I'd give it to her tomarro.

The next day I couldn't smile . I didn't want to go to work but I had to see her.

As I pulled into hq she was walking up and looked like she'd cried all night. I felt a pain in my chest I never had before.

As we were dressing out to patrol I approached her. I didn't say anything as I handed her the bracelet. "U left it at my house " I said flatly as I couldn't see her sad anymore.

She took it threw it in her locker and walked off.

I watched her disappear into the hall as she didn't even look my way.

I will fix this no matter how long it will take.
