Jay stood at the entrance of his uncle's lavish party, his heart pounding with anticipation. Heeseung stood by his side, looking effortlessly handsome in his suit. They were here as a couple, and Jay was determined to show the world their love. Little did he know that the night would take an unexpected turn.

As they entered the venue, the room buzzed with excitement. Jay's parents greeted them with warm smiles, already familiar with Heeseung due to their involvement in the mafia business. The tension in the air was palpable, but Jay pushed it aside, hoping for a peaceful evening.

The party was in full swing, with guests mingling and enjoying the festivities. However, Jay couldn't help but notice the way his cousin Hanni's eyes lingered on Heeseung whenever they crossed paths. There was a hint of flirtation in her gaze that didn't sit well with him. Jealousy welled up inside him, threatening to consume him.

Determined to stake his claim, Jay decided to make a bold move. He turned to Heeseung, cupped his face gently, and leaned in for a passionate kiss. The room fell silent as their lips met, the intensity of their connection radiating in the air. All eyes were on them, including Hanni's.

As they broke the kiss, Jay intertwined his fingers with Heeseung's, sending a clear message to everyone present. He wanted the world to know that Heeseung was his and his alone. But as Jay turned to join a conversation with his parents, he felt a sudden splash of cold water on his face and body.

Hanni stood there, a malicious smirk on her face, a now empty glass in her hand. The room erupted in gasps and murmurs as Jay wiped the water from his eyes, shock and anger intertwining within him.

Jay: "Hanni, what the hell is wrong with you?!"

Hanni: "Oh, please, Jay. You think you can bring your precious boyfriend here and expect everyone to bow down to you? I'm just giving you a reality check."

Jay's anger flared, his face contorting with rage. Heeseung stepped forward, his voice firm and composed.

Heeseung: "Hanni, we didn't come here to cause trouble. We're just here to celebrate with family. You need to respect our relationship and show some decency."

Hanni's eyes narrowed, her voice dripping with sarcasm.

Hanni: "Decency? Coming from you? Don't make me laugh. Jay deserves better than you."

The room grew tense, the atmosphere charged with hostility. Jay's parents stepped forward, trying to diffuse the situation, but the damage was already done.

Jay: "That's enough, Hanni! I won't let you disrespect us like this. We're leaving."

Heeseung's hand tightened around Jay's, offering silent support. The intensity in the room grew, as if an invisible line had been drawn.

Hanni: "Fine! Leave then! But don't think for a second that this is over."

With those final words, chaos erupted. Voices rose, accusations flew, and a heated exchange ensued. Jay and Heeseung made their way to the exit, the weight of the confrontation heavy on their shoulders.

As they stepped out into the night, Jay's heart ached with a mix of anger, hurt, and disappointment. They had hoped for a peaceful gathering, but it had turned into a battlefield of emotions.

Jay turned to Heeseung, tears welling up in his eyes.

Jay: "I'm sorry, Heeseung. I never expected things to escalate like this."

Heeseung pulled him into a comforting embrace , his voice soothing and gentle.

Heeseung: "It's not your fault, Jay. We'll get through this together. Our love is stronger than any turmoil."

With those words, Jay felt a glimmer of hope amidst the chaos. They may have left the party in disarray, but their commitment to each other remained unshaken.

As they walked away from the tumultuous scene, they vowed to support each other and face whatever challenges came their way. Love would be their anchor, guiding them through the storm.
