𝐀𝐤𝐢 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐨 - Oshi no Ko

𝑫𝒐𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒔

"You're going to see the doctor today, nee?" Aki  asked her older sister.
Ai nodded repeatedly with excitement. "I'm so nervous and I don't know why!
Hey Aki, why don't you come with me today? I kinda down want to just go alone with you know who." Ai winked making the five year old giggle. "Yeah! I barely go out now since I joined. What should I even wear? Something flashy? Incognito? Western. Modern? Country!" Aki shouted with glee. "Where not going out to get noticed you know. Just a little something to hide your face would do the trick." Ai booped Aki's tiny button nose. "Alright then." Aki rushed off to her room with her long blue hair flowing from her loose pigtails. In a matter of time she was finished and off they were sent to the hospital for Ai's check up.

All three got seated in an patient's room like area waiting for the doctor to finally arrive. "Bummer, I just got into the idol group only for it to be on hiatus. Whyy.." Aki sobbed. Unfortunately while scrolling through TikTok Aki discovered that her idol group was going on hiatus for the time being. "Why didn't you tell me nee?" Aki dramatically sighed into Ai's belly bump. The door opened leading Aki to sit up seriously as the doctor entered the room. "Let's see. Is this your first visit Ms. Hoshino?" The doctor asked, to which Ai responded with a yes. Aki ignored them all swaying her legs over the seat repeatedly while sucking on a lollipop her sister had given to her. Aki looked over at her sister who had removed her hat purposely to free herself more.
"No fair nee. How comes I can't remove my hat and mask." Aki pouted. The doctor in front of them seemed to have a glimmer in his eyes as he had now figured that the teenage girl in front of him was in fact the famous idol Ai Hoshino leading him to believe the young child beside her was her sister Aki Hoshino as no other person would refer to her as 'nee'. "I didn't say you can't take it off in the hospital room." Ai winked. "Sweet!" Aki revealed herself.
Her eyes may not have stars in them but they were a vibrant color or sky blue with apparent glitter that sparkled brighter than the sun.
 "Doctor how is it looking? Any case she just has a terrible case of constipation?" The blond man beside Ai asked nervously. 

"If that were the case she'd be dead by now." He replied.
"I'm doing fine! No problems today either!" Ai exclaimed with her thumbs up. "Yeah! Nee is right! I'm going to be the youngest and the bestest aunty you've ever seen!" Aki also exclaimed as the man beside them groaned with nervousness. The doctor left to prepare for Ai's examination leaving the agency president, Ai and her little sister in the room. Aki was perched unto Ai with her belly on the idol's lap with her legs resting on the chair with a beaming smile as Ai patted her hair. "Ai, how in the world did you let this happen? As your agency's president why didn't you consult me? Who's the father anyway?" The man asked. "Well you see... That's a secret!" Ai grinned, laughing at the situation. "Yeah, he's a secret. I promised nee to keep it confidential." Aki grinned. "How do you even know what the word confidential means?" The man asked desperately only to have the sisters laugh at him. Blood tests, ultrasounds and secrets evening has set in and the trio discovered that Ai was having twins. Aki screeched jumping around. "Yay! Now I'm double the aunty! This is amazing!" Aki screeched. The president, Ichigo scolded Aki for being loud and told her to sit down to which she did rapidly still smiling with energy. 

"Why do you have so much energy at a time like this? Don't you know your career is also on the line too? And you've only just started." Ichigo reminded. "Oh leave her be she's just a child." Ai smiled embracing her sister. Ai had to make a decision. Later in the evening when the night sky was becoming visible, Ai and Aki came up the steps to the hospital's roof only to be met with the same doctor from before. 
"Oh! Doctor." Ai greeted. "Hello!" Aki spouted next. "Oh, Ms Hoshino. It's not good for you to be out on a windy night especially little Aki. She's only five." The doctor commented. Ai and Aki brushed him off saying that they were fine  the way they were. "I chose this place based on my agents recommendation. It sure is lovely. There are so many stars you can even see them at dusk out here. You could never see this back in Tokyo." Ai commented. "Nee's right you know? I've never seen the stars this bright before it almost seems surreal." Aki commented. "Isn't your vocabulary a little to built up for five?" The doctor stated in a question like manner, making Aki nod profusely. "Also, did you both come all the way to the country because you'd be recognized in Tokyo?" He asked. "Oh, did I mention what I do professionally?" The older sister asked.

"Long ago one of my patients , well she was a big fan of yours." The doctor stated. "Aww, I thought all the doctor out here would be old men. I figured that no one would fine me out. Guess there's no way of hiding my overflowing aura. Incredibly awkward." Ai stated.
"Your self confidence is cute. So then, you gonna give up on being an idol?" He asked. "No way! Why should I? My baby sister only just join. She needs someone to be there for her." Ai stated looking towards the little girl who was holding tightly on her pastel purple bunny, looking at the stars. "Yes but that means..." He stated. "Well you see, I never had a family until five years ago when my baby sister was born. I've always wanted to give her a family that she deserves. I mean, which child would want to be born in a place where criminals are being kept locked in? And now, I'm carrying twins right? I'm sure these new members of our small family will make our family a cheerful and fun one! I mean look at Aki now. She's super hyped to meet them!" Ai exclaimed. "You're going to give birth and also be an idol? That must mean that you're going.." He said shocked. "Yup. I won't make it public." Ai grinned mischievously as Aki laughed behind her. 

"Idols are objects of worship, you know? They sparkle through the magic of lies. Lies are the most exquisite kind of love. Being able to conceal a
kid or two just shows that someone is a top class idol. Piling on lie after lie we look happy as sing we on stage no matter what struggles we might face! It's the best job of all!  But still, the happiness part is a part I want to experience for real. No one realizes it but we've got our own feelings and lives as well. Happiness of a mother and happiness as an idol. It might be normal to have only one but.. I want both! I Hoshino is a greedy girl you know!"
Ai exclaimed. "It's alright... Ignore me.." Aki pouted while suddenly clinging to the doctor's pants with her bunny in the other hand as she pouted.
"Aww Aki." Ai grinned with her arms open as Aki walked over to her slowly before planting into her body mindful of the children she was carrying. 
The doctor then swore to be the person to help Ai with delivering healthy babies on the day she is about to go through labor. 
Throughout the dark skies on that very rooftop all that could be heard were the joy of both Hoshino sisters laughing away at the night.
