Aki made a musical video a couple of days ago though not many seemed to be a fan of it saying she only truly shines next to her sister Ai. Aki stared at her phone screen with an unusual stoic look. "They hate it. They all hate it. I'm not like Ai..." Aki muttered in the darkness of her hall room. Her phone being the only light in the area. "Aki? What are you doing up so late?" Aqua asked, walking into the hall. "Reading." Aki muttered. "Are you okay?" He asked. "Yeah.." She replied to him with her face never leaving the screen. "You don't seem so. Is it the single?" He asked. "Aki looked over to him. "Aqua..." Aki teared up before breaking down completely into a quiet sob. "I can't sing one song alone because it's not good enough.. I'm nothing without Ai next to me. It's scary! They hate the song.. I want to sing alone but I can't. I live in Ai's shadow.." Aki cried. Aquamarine sighed, before embracing his aunt. Aki was only a child who was shown nothing but love her entire career, so the sudden turn in hate made her fear. "Not every song will be good. That's just the world of idols. You just learn from your mistakes and fix them. You build up on your reputation the more you are able to mimic what the people wants. You're yet to learn that. The sooner you understand the more your popularity grows. You are the Shortcake, Aki. No one can change that." He tried to comfort the older girl.
"I guess.. you're right. I'll just try harder. Ruby, all the other little girls are watching me." Aki said trying to cheer up. "Yeah I'm not so sure it's only little girls..." Aqua deadpanned. "What..?" Aki asked. "Oh nothing. Here's what. You wanna come with me on set tomorrow? I'm going to be in a film tomorrow with mom. You wanna come?" Aqua asked. "You are going to be acting? I wanna be there for your first time acting in a film." Aki muttered. "Sure." He replied, patting down her loose blue hair. "You know Aqua.. maybe you would be a good actor after all." Aki smirked. "Huh?" He suddenly exclaimed in shock. "How about this? Let us both go to sleep and pretended like you never saw me cry for the first time why don't we?" Aki asked. "Um.. okay?" Aqua replied, only to be shortly dragged to their shared bedroom to retire for the night.

Ruby was fast asleep in Miyako's arms. "It's funny how Ai is only on set because of you Aquamarine!" Aki laughed, ruffling his head. "Aki.." He whined. "Miyako-sama. Where's nee?" Aki asked. "She's probably somewhere prepping for the shoot." She responded. Aki sighed, "Movies or movies not they don't need so much makeup that takes hours to get done for so long." Aki groaned. "I don't think you understand..." Miyako sweat dropped. After walking a bit more Aki somehow got lost. "How the heck..?" She asked looking around. She stopped when she saw a child with red hair pass in front of her. Aki quickly called out to her. "Hey girl! Pardon the intrusion but have you seen my sister Ai? Much less two completely random twins I have absolutely no connection with too also?" She asked. The girl turned to her in a fierce pop. "Who are you?" She asked rudely. "I'm Aki Hoshino, the child idol. You know.. from B Komachi?" Aki said. "Oh. I know you. I bet you thing your so great. You're getting older miss Shortcake. Nobody wants to see that. I just saw your new single. Someone's experiencing a bit of hate for the first time is she not? You're better off shining in Ai's shadow." She said.
Aki gulped, clutching unto her bunny in her arms. The red haired girl glanced down at her hands before laughing out loud. "Is that the famous Mooncake? People say your getting too old for that stuffed bunny too! You wanna know something? I think so too. A ten year old still dancing on stage with an aging stuffed doll? Hilarious!" She exclaimed. Aki looked down. "I know who you are. Kana Arima, famous child actor who can cry in 10 seconds flat. I've had many rival enemies. Yes it may be true I am getting older but so are you. This acting career could only last so long. Just wait until your older. You'll see it all, if not far worst than me. You should remember, if you get famous as a child that is all society sees. The older you get the more you fall from that grace the people loved to see. And the more you fall from what people love to see the more you realize the world we live in for what it truly is. Good day, Kana. Don't forget to smile!" Aki then smile, tracing her fingers over her lips and pulling them upwards motioning for the red haired girl to smile as Aki walked pass her. The blue haired girl was indeed right. The red head would soon find that out in the future.
