PHOEBE POV

I was mad at Dally and Soda.  Then I got an idea.  I walked for a whiand then I saw Randy.  I ushered him over and we talked about my plan.  "Randy I need your help.  Soda cheated on me with Steve so I'm obviously mad at him.  But Dally went an beat the crap out of him so now I'm mad at him.  Can you please please please hook me up with Bob.  I don't like him or anything but I want to make Soda and Dally mad.  Pleaseeeeeee."  I begged.  "I'll see what I can do."  "Thanks!"  I walked around town for about an hour till I saw a blue mustang pull up.  Bob got out.  "So kid I heard you need to make someone jealous.  You know the only reason I'm doing this is because I hate Dally and Cherry just broke up with me."  He said ushering me to the car.

I hopped in and we drove together back to his house.  Bob treated me well.  We pretended to be a couple out of the house but I mainly talked to Randy at home.  I enjoyed the soc part of town.  The girls were nice and I made some new friends that I hung around at in school.  I stayed away from Two, Pony, and Johnny.  They always looked as if their heart broke.  One day at lunch I got up to use the restroom and I motioned for Johnny to come.  He got up and we walked to a different hall.  "Look Johnny I'm sorry for doing this to you guys but I cant stand Soda, Steve, or Dally anymore.  Tell the gang I said hi please.  I miss them."  I said walking away.  "Phe.  Come back.  Please."  "Johnny im sorry but I can't."  I walked back and sat down with Bob and his gang. 

Soda came walking in and went over to the gang.  He looked over and came over.  He picked me up and spun me like he always did.  "Get off me Soda!"  I yelled causing most of the girls to gasp.  "YOU CHEATED ON ME!  I cant even stand you anymore.  Heck Bob treats me better than you.  A SOC TREATS A GREASE BETTER THAN YOU!  Get out."  I yelled at him.  Most people we're looking at me but I didn't care.  I guess the gang didn't know because Two just looked at us stunned.  I did miss Soda but I couldn't stand him anymore.  Bob took me to the movies and I saw Pony, Dally, and Johnny sneak under the gate.  Dally looked at me and turned white as a ghost.  He walked over and flung the door open.  "So that's where you've been.  Hiding around with a dumb soc huh.  Man I thought you could use you head.  Phoebe I had the gang looking for you.  I even called the cops  to look for you.  Now I find you bumming around with a soc.  Phe lets go."  He said grabbing my arm.  "No.  I left for a reason and until you can fix yourself I'm not coming back."  I said giving Bob a signal to help. 

"Oh yes you are little missy."  He said throwing me over his shoulder.  Bob stepped out and punched Dally square on the face.  I ran in the car and so did Bob.  We locked the doors and Dally walked away.  We enjoyed the movie. 

Bob was a heavy drinker and often we found him passed out on the side of the road.  I was getting mad at him but I couldn't break up with him.  He would kick me out and I would have to live with Dally again.  No way.

Bob took me shopping the next day as a sorry.  He bought me diamond necklaces, diamond earrings, etc.  I liked living with Randy and stuff.  Sometimes he would bring me to jump some greasers.  I couldn't jump any of our gang though.  I couldn't.  I didn't mind if it was the Shepards gang though.  We all got out and we jumped them.  "Dang Phe your good at that!"  Bob said chuckling.  "Ya me and Dal jumped kids in Windrixville a while ago."  I said with a laugh.  I did miss the gang and Dally.  They didn't deserve this.  Sometimes I would get letters from them but none from Dally or Soda saying I'm sorry.  I wasn't going back till they said sorry. 

I was getting furious with Bob for getting drunk every week.  I didn't care if he took me shopping after he was pissing me off.  I ignored him the next day till he said he would take me to a scary movie.  I love scary movies.  He acted like Soda.  A complete baby with scary movies.  He didn't crawl in my room though.  Soda didn't come to school anymore.  Well he did but mainly to say hi to Pony or the rest of the gang and stuff.  Some girls would hit on him but he was with Mr. Steve now.  One night around midnight I snuck out to see the gang.  I missed them.  I knocked on Two-Bits door and he opened up.  "What Phoebe.  Did your boyfriend dump ya or somethin?"  He asked kinda annoyed.  "No I snuck out because I missed ya guys.  I wanted to say hi thats all."  We talked for about 2o minutes till I walked to the Curtis house.

I knocked on the door and Soda opened the door.  "Is Pony or Darry there?"  I asked.  He opened the door more and I saw Darry and Pony there on the couch.  I ran up and hugged them.  "I snuck out to see you.  I need to be back by 6 AM.  I still need to see Johnny.  We talked for about an hour and I walked to the lot.  I saw Johnny trying to keep the fire going.  He said the same thing Two said.  We talked for a bit and I walked home.  Randy was on the couch looking mad.  "Well where were you?"  He asked softly trying to not wake Bob.  "I missed the gang.  Well besides Soda, Steve, and Dally.  I went to say hi thats all."  He sighed and we went to bed. 

I ended things with Bob the next morning and ran to Two-Bits house.  "TWO OPEN UP!"  I yelled.  No one answered.  I began to fall to my knees crying.  I missed everyone so much.  That wasn't why I was crying though.  I hated Bob he was a jerk.  He was good to me at first but I hated him.  "Two... please open."  I said crying.  His mom opened the door.  "Hi sweetie can I help you.  Why ya cryin?"  She asked.  "Is Two-Bit here?"  I asked.  "No he's lookin for a girl named Phoebe.  Are you Phoebe?"  She asked.  "Yes...Yes I am."  I said.  "He's headed to your boyfriends place.  You better hurry."  She said.  She was sweet.  "THANKS MRS. MATTHEW'S!"  I yelled as I was running out to Bobs place.  I saw him walking up the steps.  "TWO-BIT!"  I yelled.  He didn't look over.  "TWO-BIT!"  I yelled a bit louder.  He looked over to me.  He sprinted down the stairs.  "Why are you crying?"  He asked.  "I broke up with Bob.  I hate him he's a jerk." 

I told him about what Bob did to me as we walked to his house.  "You should go see Dally.  He's a wreck right now.  He misses you."  "Can I stay with you?  I can't stand to see Soda right now or Dally.  Or Steve really."  "Sure but tell Dal where you are first."  He said. 

I walked to my house and knocked.  Dally opened the door.  "PHOEBE!"  He yelled hugging me.  "Get off!  Im still mad at you.  I broke up with bob.  Im staying with Two till you figure out how to fix your temper."  I said leaving him stunned.  I walked to the Curtis house and told Soda what was happening.  "And until you can treat me right don't expect me to come back."  I walked back to Two-Bits and stayed there.  I saw Randy that same day and we talked about what happened. 

I realized something though.  I had feelings for Randy.  A grease was falling in love with a Soc!

RANDY POV

When Phoebe broke up with Bob I began to look for her when Bob left.  Eventually I found her.  We talked about what happened and I realized I loved her.  I didn't tell her because she would never love me.  Shes a grease and I'm just a dumb soc.
