Adam's pov the next morning) I woke up the next morning and saw lacey still asleep I know I screwed up by starting a fight but when you hear your girlfriend on the phone then saying that she loved him gives me every right I got up throwing a t-shirt on and I walked down to see her mom and Luke
" What happened last night" Luke asked
"Nothing we just got into a fight" I said
" Well make up we leave for Nashville tonight" Ellen said
" I know I'm gonna apologize when she wakes up" I said and she nodded
After about twenty minutes I walked up stairs and Went to laceys room seeing her still asleep
" Lacey babe wake up" I said softly shaking her slightly and her eyes opened and she rolled them
" Go away Adam" she said and I sighed and sat down facing her
" No I'm sorry i over reacted and I love you " I said and she sat up
" I love you too" she said kissing me
I pulled away slightly and rested my head on her forehead
" Let's make a promise no matter the fight we never go to bed angry or upset with one another " I said and she smiled
" I promise " she said kissing me again and we made out for a couple minutes before she got up and ran to the bathroom and I followed seeing her hunched over the toilet puking and I held her hair back adb rubbed her back
" Let it out babe let it all out" I said once she finished puking she brushed her teeth and I carried her to her room and laid her in her bed
" Adam can you go to the store and pick up some pregnancy tests"she asked sand I nodded Kissing her head and I went downstairs to get her a ginger ale
" Is she alright " Luke asked and I nodded
" Yea but could you actually bring this to her and tell her I'll be right back" I said and he nodded grabbing the soda and walked upstairs and I grabbed Lacey's keys and went to her car driving to the store
Once I got thier I went and grabbed what I need a pregnancy test and I grabbed a majority and checked out and headed back to the Hughes house hold
I hung her keys back up and walked up stairs but not before running into jack
" hey jack" I said quickly hiding the bag
" Hey Adam what's in the bag" he asked
" Uh stuff for lacey " I said and he nodded as I quickly walked to laceys room seeing her watching a movie
" Hey babe" she said
" Hi koala" I said and I showed her the bag
" Thank you" she said getting up and grabbing it walking to her bathroom and I sat on her bed thinking about the possibilities
After a minute I knocked and she opened the door and I walked in and sat on the floor after she shut the door and I pulled her down next to me and she set a timer and we sat their in silence until the timer went off and I grabbed the test looking at her
Lacey's pov) Adam grabbed the test and looked at me and I smiled slightly and he flipped it so both of us could see it
" It's positive" I said and he looked at me not saying a thing and I started crying
" Hey hey hey why are you crying" he asked
" Y... your gonna l..leave" I cried and he pulled me into his lap
" No I'm not im just processing this we're gonna have a baby and I'm so excited" he said kissing my head
" We have to tell our parents " I asked and he nodded
" Yea but let's wait " he said and I nodded kissing him and he kissed me and I quickly through the tests away and put the others in my cupboard
"Now it's time to head to Nashville" I said and he smiled
" Yea" he said
